Dragomir Kostic has more than 30 years of experience in management, distribution and strategic business development at the international and regional level. 

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade and began his career in 1993 as the Technical Director of Interco S.A. in South America (Chile and Argentina). He then continued his professional journey in Canada, where he served as General Manager of Copters Leasing Canada in Vancouver from 2000 to 2001.

Upon returning to Serbia, he dedicated over two decades to the distribution industry, playing a key role in the transformation and expansion of Atlantic Grupa. Since 2001, he has served as the General Director of Atlantic BG d.o.o., the Serbian representative office of Atlantic Grupa. Following the successful acquisition of Droga Kolinska in 2010 and the integration of distribution and logistics systems across the region, he was appointed Executive Director of the Strategic Distribution Area Serbia at Atlantic Grupa—a position he holds to this day.
