He leads the research team behind “What Drives Employees?”the largest domestic study of the labor market, which each year provides insights into employee expectations, attitudes, benefits, wellbeing, remote work, and other contemporary HR trends.

He holds a PhD in psychology from the University of Novi Sad, on faking personality tests in professional selection. He has published more than 10 scientific papers in the field of organizational psychology in international and domestic journals, yet continues to successfully avoid an academic career - real life problem solving is simply more fun.
