What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes access to the full programme, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and coffee breaks, plus the networking cocktail reception after the conference.
How does the 3 + 1 offer work?
For every three tickets purchased, your company receives one free. Packages are 3+1, 6+2 and 9+3. The offer applies throughout all registration phases. Include the number of paid tickets in your enquiry; sales will confirm the total number of places and how to claim the offer.
Do the prices include VAT?
Super early, early and standard registration prices are per ticket and exclude VAT. The student ticket costs 6,000 RSD including VAT. The final amount payable will be shown during checkout or in your sales quotation.
Does an enquiry reserve tickets?
Sending an enquiry is not a purchase or a confirmed reservation. Sales will confirm availability, pricing and purchase instructions.
When does super early registration end?
Super early registration runs until 1 December 2026 or until the allocation of 50 tickets sells out. We update the remaining-ticket count based on confirmed sales.
When will speakers and the programme be announced?
Speakers and the detailed programme will be published once participation is confirmed. The initial themes are already available on the Programme page.
What are the cancellation and attendee substitution terms?
Purchase, cancellation and attendee substitution terms will be available before completing a purchase. Contact sales with specific questions; the 2027 terms have not yet been published.
