
{"id":82,"date":"2021-06-26T16:22:20","date_gmt":"2021-06-26T14:22:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/?p=82"},"modified":"2021-11-03T08:44:50","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T07:44:50","slug":"pobednicka-hr-prica-zivot-je-dinamican-a-benefiti-kompanije-zuhlke-engineering-to-prate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/vesti\/pobednicka-hr-prica-zivot-je-dinamican-a-benefiti-kompanije-zuhlke-engineering-to-prate\/","title":{"rendered":"Pobedni\u010dka HR pri\u010da: \u017divot je dinami\u010dan, a benefiti kompanije Z\u00fchlke engineering to prate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Na<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrlab.rs\/hr-blog\/employer-branding\/hr-experience-jacajte-svoju-mrezu-kontakata-koliko-i-svoje-vestine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0konferenciji HR Experience<\/a>, 27. maja ove godine, vode\u0107i sajt za zapo\u0161ljavanje Poslovi Infostud je tre\u0107i put za redom dodelio nagradu za najuspe\u0161niju HR pri\u010du.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ove godine je publika na konferenciji za pobednika izabrala HR pri\u010du Isidore U\u0161endi\u0107 Sto\u0161i\u0107 iz kompanije Zuhlke engineering \u2013 \u201eFlexible Comp&amp;Ben options for employee\u201d, odnosno Fleksibilne opcije kompenzacije i beneficija za zaposlenog.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bilo je prijavljeno\u00a0<strong>31 HR praksi<\/strong>\u00a0od kojih je stru\u010dni \u017eiri u sastavu Jelena Mimi\u0107 Milanovi\u0107 (Continental Automotive), Natalija Pe\u0161i\u0107 (A1) i Bojan Ro\u0161i\u0107 (Microsoft)\u00a0<strong>odabrao 5 najboljih<\/strong>\u00a0koje su prezentovane na HR Experience konferenciji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praksa kompanije Zuhlke engineering \u201eFlexible Comp&amp;Ben options for employee\u201d<\/strong>, iskrena je i transparentna pri\u010da o tome kako problem, ukoliko mu pri\u0111emo \u0161irom otvorenih o\u010diju i sa odlukom da na njega reagujemo u skladu sa saznanjima i potrebama, otvara nove mogu\u0107nosti za kompaniju, kandidate i zaposlene.<strong>\u00a0Projekat je nastao iz potrebe da kompanija odgovori fleksibilnim i dinami\u010dnim potrebama zaposlenih kroz kreiranje razli\u010ditih opcija kompenzacija i beneficija. Drugi motiv za realizaciju ovog projekta bio je potreba da Zuhlke engineering isprati trendove i tempo tr\u017ei\u0161ta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zuehlke.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Z\u00fchlke<\/a>\u00a0je internacionalna in\u017eenjerska kompanija, koja je osnovana 1968. godine u \u0160vajcarskoj i sada posluje u 10 zemalja u Evropi i Aziji. U 2018. shvatili smo da se dinamika na tr\u017ei\u0161tu IT talenata promenila, te da do tada standardni model kompanije, \u201cisto za sve\u201d vi\u0161e\u00a0<strong>nije bio kompetitivan<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 rekla je Isidora.<\/div>\n<h2>Ili interna ili eksterna analiza<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Faza pripreme projekta je zapo\u010deta u januaru 2019. godine, kada je analiza<\/strong>\u00a0tr\u017ei\u0161ta (benchmarking) pokazala da su plate i benefiti u skladu sa praksama drugih relevantnih kompanija.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Osim eksterne analize, ra\u0111eno je i interno istra\u017eivanje. Povratne informacije zaposlenih su pokazale da su potrebe zaposlenih razli\u010dite u zavisnosti od \u017eivotne faze, zbog \u010dega su o\u010dekivali vi\u0161e fleksibilnosti od kompanije. HR tim Z\u00fchlke Serbia je 2019. godine detaljno analizirao potrebe zaposlenih. Odgovori su bili razli\u010diti: \u201cJa \u017eelim da radim i zaradim vi\u0161e\u201d, \u201cJa \u017eelim da smanjim anga\u017eovanje na 80%\u201d, \u201cJa ne idem u teretanu i ne koristim trening bud\u017eet \u2013 \u017eelim da moja plata bude ve\u0107a\u201d, \u201cMeni bi prijalo fleksibilno radno vreme i vi\u0161e odmora\u201d \u2013 navela je Isidora U\u0161endi\u0107 Sto\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>\n<h2>Ponuditi zaposlenima da izaberu ono \u0161to im treba<\/h2>\n<p>Planiranje i implementacija projekta je obuhvatila, osim definisanja koncepta i definisanje pravnog okvira, upravljanje promenama i plan komunikacija.<\/p>\n<p>Odlu\u010dili su da kao poslodavac budu fleksibilniji i ponude, uz\u00a0<strong>Regularnu<\/strong>, i dve dodatne opcije za zaposlene:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recharge<\/strong>: za one kojima bi prijalo fleksibilno radno vreme i vi\u0161e odmora i\u00a0<strong>Ready<\/strong>: za zaposlene koji \u017eele da rade i zarade vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Velika pa\u017enja je posve\u0107ena komunikaciji ovih modela. Organizovan je sastanak svih zaposlenih, sesije sa HR-om, sastanci timova 1:1 sa linijskim menad\u017eerom. HR tim je napravio internu sharepoint stranicu. Pitanja i odgovori (Q&amp;A) su dodati na internu stranicu kako bi se zaposlenima dodatno objasnilo \u0161ta svaka opcija podrazumeva i otklonile sve nejasno\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>U cilju promocije nove EB strategije sa\u010dinjeni su i posteri sa opisima paketa. Tokom novembra i decembra 2019. godine zaposleni su birali na kom paketu \u0107e biti tokom naredne godine. Osim definisanja koncepta, plana komunikacije, plana promene, poseban izazov je bilo i preciziranje pravnog okvira \u2013 rekla je Isidora.<\/p>\n<h2>Fleksibilnost kao pravac za budu\u0107nost<\/h2>\n<p>Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je poraslo, posebno time \u0161to imaju mogu\u0107nost izbora.\u00a0<strong>Zadovoljstvo ukupnom kompenzacijom je pokazalo<\/strong>\u00a0najbolji rezultat u poslednjih 5 godina, a i<strong>\u00a0zadovoljstvo zaposlenih kompanijom se pove\u0107alo\u00a0<\/strong>u odnosu na prethodnu godinu.<\/p>\n<p>Govore\u0107i o pra\u0107enju rezultata projekta i narednim aktivnostima Isidora je navela da je Zuhlke uspeo da zadr\u017ei postoje\u0107e zaposlene i raste tokom 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 U prvom kvartalu 2021. godine imamo ve\u0107 24 prihva\u0107ene ponude<\/strong>\u00a0a kompanija je ostvarila bolje prihode za 15% u odnosu na 2019. godinu.
