Njihovi \u201cOglasi u\u017eivo\u201d su privukli pa\u017enju kandidata, IT zajednice, stru\u010dnjaka za employer branding, pa i pa\u017enju \u017eirija Infostudovog konkursa za uspe\u0161ne HR pri\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Live oglas je u stvari webinar \u2013 razgovor o konkretnoj poziciji, kroz koji \u010dlanovi na\u0161eg tima odgovaraju u\u017eivo na pitanja kandidata i govore o kompaniji, o izazovima posla, o tome koje osobine i iskustva bi bile prednost. To je na\u010din da rekrutment bude \u0161to transparentiji i da se privuku upravo oni kandidati koji su i kompetentni i zainteresovani za tu poziciju i za rad u na\u0161em timu\u201c, ka\u017ee Dijana Luki\u0107, HR menad\u017eerka kompanije Fiscal Solutions.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Koje nedostatke klasi\u010dnog pristupa u toku samog apliciranja\u202fnastojite da unapredite Live oglasima?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 Postoje razni nedostaci klasi\u010dnog pristupa. Prvobitno smo krenuli iz perspektive svakog potencijalnog zaposlenog: nekad \u201etradicionalni\u201c oglasi za posao moraju da budu \u0161to kra\u0107i da stanu na jedan A4 format i ne mo\u017ee se napisati sve \u0161to bi potencijalnog zaposlenog moglo da interesuje. Sada kada i kompanije i sami zaposleni veliku va\u017enost pridaju konceptu \u201ccultural fit\u201d, odnosno uklapanju u kulturu kompanije, zna\u010dajno je \u0161to live oglasi daju notu personalizacije, tako da se potencijalni zaposleni upoznaje sa kompanijom, pozicijom, kulturom, pa \u010dak i timom pre nego \u0161to odlu\u010di da aplicira. Cilj je omogu\u0107iti kandidatima da donesu informisane odluke pre nego \u0161to se prijave na konkurs. De\u0161avalo nam se nekoliko puta da sami kandidati na intervjuu ka\u017eu da neka pozicija ipak nije za njih, ili jednostavno da za ne\u0161to \u0161to je nama va\u017eno, kandidati osete da to prirodno nije njihova uloga i da se oni ne ose\u0107aju prijatno i komforno. Na primer, za neke pozicije o\u010dekuje se od zaposlenih da organizuju webinare na razne teme i naravno da je normalno da se ne\u0107e svako ose\u0107ati prijatno u toj ulozi. Kada kandidati saznaju dovoljno o poziciji, timu, kulturi kompanije na ovaj na\u010din, jedan broj njih koji su to druga\u010dije zami\u0161ljali ili nemaju potrebne kompetencije, odustaju. Smanjuje se broj nepotrebnih intervjua i ubrzava dono\u0161enje odluka. To \u010dini i proces selekcije efikasnijim.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Koje su prednosti Live oglasa koje ste uo\u010dili za novozaposlene i kompaniju\u202fnakon zavr\u0161ene selekcije?\u202f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ima raznih prednosti. Iz percepcije kompanije novi zaposleni su ve\u0107 upoznati sa timom, dobijaju informacije, na primer, kako izgleda onboarding, odnosno prvi dani uvo\u0111enja u posao i upoznavanja sa timom i kompanijom. \u0160to se ti\u010de percepcije novozaposlenih, kroz anketu smo shvatili da mnogo lak\u0161e ulaze u proces prijave na poziciju ako smatraju da su \u201edobar fit\u201c kada pogledaju oglas. U komunikaciji sa Team leadom ili Hiring menad\u017eerom su opu\u0161teniji jer znaju \u0161ta se o\u010dekuje od njih, a imaju i ose\u0107aj da su se ve\u0107 \u201eupoznali\u201c sa ljudima sa kojima \u0107e raditi. Manja doza nervoze olak\u0161ava proces regrutacije.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Da li ovi interaktivni video formati omogu\u0107avaju autenti\u010dniju sliku o poziciji, timu i kulturi kompanije?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 Sigurno. Autenti\u010dno je ba\u0161 to \u0161to kandidat odmah upoznaje ljude u kompaniji, na\u0161a o\u010dekivanja, dobija detaljne informacije o poziciji, njenim dobrim i lo\u0161im stranama. Ovim live oglasom, dajemo odgovore na neka u\u010destala pitanja kandidata kao \u0161to je \u201ckako izgleda radni dan \u201d. Trudimo se da ne pri\u010damo samo o savr\u0161enim danima. Za razliku od klasi\u010dnih pisanih oglasa, kandidati mogu postavljati pitanja u realnom vremenu, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava dvosmernu komunikaciju. Umesto marketin\u0161ki filtriranog opisa pozicije, dobijaju mnogo realniju sliku radnog okru\u017eenja, tima i izazova koje ih o\u010dekuju.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kako donosite odluke koje pozicije \u0107e biti ogla\u0161ene na ovaj na\u010din?\u202f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 Trudimo se da sve pozicije budu \u201eogla\u0161ene\u201c, ali de\u0161ava nam se da za neke to ne uradimo. Za ve\u0107inu na\u0161ih pozicija smo kandidate prona\u0161li ba\u0161 preko live oglasa. Ako nam se opet otvori pozicija, live oglas je dostupan na na na\u0161em youtube kanalu i zainteresovani ga mogu pogledati. Snimljene sesije ostaju dostupne i nakon emitovanja, pa su vredan resurs i za budu\u0107e kandidate.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kakvi su tehnolo\u0161ki i organizacioni aspekti Live oglasa? Da li kolege koji su uklju\u010deni u kreiranje Live oglasa dobijaju dodatan media trening?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 Generalno, kultura kompanije je takva da nam webinari nisu strani, kako interni tako i eksterni. Pre par godina se radilo u potpunosti na daljinu, i tokom Covida smo se ba\u0161 trudili da imamo razne webinare na razne teme, zarad edukacije. I sada kada smo iza\u0161li iz te ere trudimo se da nastavimo kulturu prenosa informacija putem webinara.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kakav je odziv kandidata? Kakve su reakcije novozaposlenih, njihovih kolega i menad\u017eera?\u202f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0<em>Onboarding retention rate<\/em>\u00a0nam se pove\u0107ao, \u0161to je i bio interni cilj \u2013 da selekcija bude kvalitetna u smislu zadr\u017eavanja novozaposlenih. Tako\u0111e, na intervjuima sada ve\u0107 pri\u010dam sa kandidatima kao da se znamo, spominju zaposlene koje su videli u live oglasu kao da su deo njihovog tima, \u0161to je jako pozitivno iskustvo. Javljaju nam se i ljudi koji su videli samo live oglas na youtubu. Za nekoliko pozicija smo od kandidata saznali da se ne bi ni prijavili da nisu videli oglas, koji im je pomogao da prebrode strah.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kakav je uticaj lajv oglasa na EB, odnosno brend poslodavca, kompanije Fiscal Solutions?\u202f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 Pozicioniramo se kao inovativan poslodavac koji otvoreno komunicira sa kandidatima.
