Uz predavanja vode\u0107ih stranih stru\u010dnjaka, prisutni su pratili i CEO panel koji je omogu\u0107io da \u010duju \u0161ta o ovim temama misle lideri velikih kompanija na na\u0161em tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Tradicionalno, va\u017ean deo konferencije je bila razmena iskustava, posebno kroz predstavljanje pobedni\u010dkih HR praksi pristiglih na konkurs \u201eUspe\u0161ne HR pri\u010de\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Konferenciju je otvorila direktorka Infostuda, Sonja \u0106etkovi\u0107 koja je podsetila da ve\u0107 sedam godina na HR Experience dolaze svetski govornici koji svojim iskustvima i praksama oboga\u0107uju znanja i na\u0161e na\u0161e HR zajednice.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Promena je bilo oduvek, ali sada je najva\u017enija promena zapravo <em>brzina kojom se one de\u0161avaju<\/em>. Tehnologija transformi\u0161e radna mesta, tu je ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija, ekonomska neizvesnost, ekolo\u0161ke i demografske promene, sveprisutne migracije, geopoliti\u010dki sukobi i napetosti, promena vrednosti i dru\u0161tvena kriza u na\u0161oj zemlji\u2026 <strong>U situaciji velikih i brzih promena govoriti o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih i njihovoj motivaciji nije luksuz, ve\u0107 20 godina iskustva na upravlja\u010dkim pozicijama u korporativnoj Americi, uklju\u010duju\u0107i rad u pet Fortune 100 kompanija. Veliku popularnost na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, gde ima stotine hiljada pratilaca, stekla je kao osniva\u010dica i direktorka organizacije HRManifesto.<\/p>\n<p>Li Elena Henderson, koja za sebe ka\u017ee da je pre\u017eivela toksi\u010dna radna mesta i otkaz putem aplikacije Zoom, isti\u010de:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kada sam shvatila da moram da se borim da bih se na poslu ose\u0107ala kao ljudsko zaposlenih, ali i kako da ljude bolje pove\u017eu sa liderima, vrednostima organizacije i omogu\u0107e im da prona\u0111u smisao u svom poslu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zaposleni se suo\u010davaju sa izgaranjem zbog obima posla, nedostatka balansa privatnog i poslovnog \u017eivota i nejasnih prioriteta. Karijere im stagniraju, kultura organizacija se uru\u0161ava, a kompanije se ophode prema njima sa stavom da treba da budu sre\u0107ni \u0161to uop\u0161te imaju posao, rekla je Li Elena Henderson. Ona sna\u017eno isti\u010de da prvi prioritet za organizacije moraju da budu ljudi, te ka\u017ee da prvi fokus na koji stru\u010dnjaci za HR treba da obrate pa\u017enju je <strong>promocija i negovanje otvorene komunikacije i poverenja<\/strong>, jer u prazninama koje nastaju u nedostatku informacija \u201ebuja strah\u201c.<\/p>\n<h2>Martin La\u0161kolnig: Budizam na radnom mestu<\/h2>\n<p>Drugi predava\u010d na konferenciji do\u0161ao je iz Austrije \u2013 Martin La\u0161kolnig (Martin Laschkolnig) osniva\u010d i direktor Instituta za razvoj potencijala iz \u201e<em>Liderstvo u burnim vremenima: Kako pove\u0107ati anga\u017eovanje zaposlenih, a da ne poludite<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom da je, pored biznisa, studirao i budisti\u010dku filozofiju, on je u skladu sa svojim interesovanjima najvi\u0161e pa\u017enje posvetio samoregulaciji i samoproceni menad\u017eera, jer da bismo vodili druge prvo moramo umeti da vodimo sebe. Kao va\u017ene ose koje odre\u0111uju na\u0161u samoprocenu, on izdvaja to <em><strong>koliko sebe smatramo vrednim i koliko smo zapravo kompetentn<\/strong><\/em>i.<\/p>\n<p>La\u0161kolnig je naglasio va\u017enost na\u0161e reakcije na doga\u0111aje, i, citiraju\u0107i \u010duvenog Stivena Kovija (Stephen Covey) pozvao da te reakcije biramo, jer u tom izboru je na\u0161a sloboda i na\u0161a mo\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultat ne proisti\u010de iz samog doga\u0111aja, ve\u0107 iz kombinacije doga\u0111aja i na\u0161eg odgovora na njega, podsetio je La\u0161kolnig.<\/p>\n<p>Tre\u0107i predava\u010d je bio Dalibor \u0160umiga, osniva\u010d i direktor biznis dizajn agencije Promosapiens. Dalibor \u0160umiga je govorio o uticaju koji kao \u0161to su novac, pol i okolina imaju na motivaciju i produktivnost, kao i o uticaju algoritma dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea na njihove korisnike. <strong>S obzirom na temu anga\u017eovanosti i motivacije zaposlenih, Dalibor \u0160umiga je svoje predavanje nazvao \u201cKo to tamo zeva\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style vide HR i \u0161ta o\u010dekuju od nas, rekla je Natalija Pe\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Da je top menad\u017ement prevashodno odgovoran za kulturu organizacije naglasio je i Dragan Filipovi\u0107 iz Generali osiguranja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; HR treba da opipa puls kompanije, ali, bez obzira da li smo zadovoljni ili ne motivacijom i anga\u017eovani\u0161\u0107u zaposlenih, klju\u010dna odgovornost je na vrhu kompanije, a ne na HR-u<\/strong>. Ako HR posmatramo kao krvotok, a kompaniju kao ljudsko telo, onda je krvna slika ili alarm koji treba da nas upozori, ili potvrda da dobro tretiramo svoj organizam, rekao je Dragan Filipovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>O va\u017enosti komunikacije sa zaposlenima u kompaniji, kako bi razumeli poteze rukovodstva i kako bi se pove\u0107ali ose\u0107aj pripadanja, motivacija i anga\u017eovanost u organizaciji, govorio je <strong>Dragomir Kosti\u0107 iz Atlantis Brands-a<\/strong>. Ova kompanija ve\u0107 deset godina istra\u017euje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, i pitanja koja postavljaju u ovoj anketi su se pove\u0107ala sa sedam na preko \u010detrdeset, ali se pove\u0107ala i <span data-teams=\"true\">stepen responsivnosti<\/span> zaposlenih-. sada je 93 odsto, dok je anga\u017eovanje zaposlenih oko 85 odsto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kosti\u0107 isti\u010de da u Srbiji generalno nije dovoljno za\u017eivela kultura kontinuirane povratne informacije<\/strong>. Kao primer va\u017enosti komunikacije, naveo je projekat pobolj\u0161anja za\u0161titne opreme zaposlenih u magacinima, kada je kompanija kupila izme\u0111u ostalog i italijanske \u010dizme sa posebnom za\u0161titom za prednji deo stopala. Iako su bili upoznati sa za\u0161titom na radu, tek nakon \u0161to im je posebno ukazano na razloge, opasnosti i koristi od novih \u010dizama, kao i va\u017enost za\u0161titne opreme, oni su prihvatili promenu koja je od po\u010detka bila o\u010digledno u njihovu korist. <strong>Milan Gospi\u0107 iz Microsofta<\/strong> naglasio je da se poslednjih deset do petnaest godina promenila i uloga HR-a u kompanijama.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sada ne samo da \u010desto ima i druga\u010dije ime, ve\u0107 je HR sve vi\u0161e zaista biznis partner, a mnoge funkcije HR-a su sada timske funkcije, a u timovima je jedan od \u010dlanova HR. Naravno, za HR funkcije koje su prenete lajn menad\u017eeru, potrebna je podr\u0161ka HR-a u razvijanju znanja i ve\u0161tina, rekao je on. Naglasio je da nije toliko va\u017eno za lidera da li funkcioni\u0161e u hijerarhijskoj ili flat strukturi, ve\u0107 je va\u017eno kako ispoljava svoje liderske ve\u0161tine. <strong>Zaposleni ne tra\u017ee savr\u0161enog ve\u0107 autenti\u010dnog lidera, zaklju\u010dio je on<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom da je IT industrija nosilac velikih tehnolo\u0161kih promena, Milan Gospi\u0107 je rekao:<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Idemo u pravcu u kojem \u0107e pametni sistemi postati novi zaposleni. Zanimljivo je videti koja je uloga HR-a u tom segmentu<\/strong>. Ta promena dolazi, ako ne danas, ve\u0107 sutra i do\u0107i \u0107e svuda. Sistemi \u0107e raditi sami i raportira\u0107e ljudima.
