Tokom karijere, bila je zadu\u017eena za kreiranje i unapre\u0111enje HR sistema i procedura u oblastima kao \u0161to su u\u010denje i razvoj, upravljanje u\u010dinkom, regrutacija, upravljanje talentima i HR operacije. Posebno je strastvena kada su u pitanju iskustvo zaposlenih, employer branding, strategije kompenzacija i beneficija, kao i razvoj organizacione kulture zasnovane na ljudima.<\/p>\n<p>U intervjuu koji sledi, sazna\u0107ete \u010dime se rukovodila prilikom kreiranja programa, koje klju\u010dne poruke \u017eeli da prenese publici, kako vidi budu\u0107nost HR funkcije u eri automatizacije i ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije, za\u0161to veruje da lideri kulturu grade delima vi\u0161e nego re\u010dima \u2013 i koje pitanje svaki HR stru\u010dnjak, bar jednom u karijeri, treba da postavi svom CEO-u.<\/p>\n<h4>Dugo ve\u0107 sara\u0111ujemo, a ove godine si, na na\u0161e veliko zadovoljstvo, i programska direktorka konferencije. \u0160ta ti je bilo najva\u017enije prilikom osmi\u0161ljavanja programa za 2025? Koje klju\u010dne signale iz struke si \u017eelela da adresira\u0161?<\/h4>\n<p>Na\u0161a saradnja je ne\u0161to na \u0161ta sam veoma ponosna.\ud83d\ude0a Zbog toga mi je bilo va\u017eno da, prilikom kreiranja programa, damo u\u010desnicima korisne savete koje mogu brzo da primene u svom radnom okru\u017eenju. Na\u0161a struka se rapidno menja poslednjih godina, uloga HR-a i razvoj merila uspe\u0161nosti na\u0161e funkcije evoluiraju, stoga je veoma va\u017eno da i mi kao funkcija i kao pojedinci radimo na sopstvenom razvoju.<\/p>\n<p>Dodatno, ono \u0161to jasno vidimo i kroz svakodnevni rad jeste da bez anga\u017eovanih, motivisanih i lojalnih ljudi \u2013 nema ni dugoro\u010dnog uspeha biznisa. Zato je ovogodi\u0161nji program koncipiran tako da pru\u017ei odgovore na pitanje kako kultura, liderstvo i savremeni HR pristupi mogu direktno da uti\u010du na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih i rezultate organizacije. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/govornici\/leigh-elena-henderson\/\">Li Elena<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/govornici\/martin-laschkolnig\/\">Martin<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/govornici\/dalibor-sumiga\/\">Dalibor<\/a> \u0107e podeliti konkretne uvide o tome kako da unapredimo kulturu, motivaciju i anga\u017eovanost u svojim timovima, a svako od njih donosi i jedinstvenu perspektivu i zanimljiv i specifi\u010dan ugao. Verujem da \u0107e upravo ta raznolikost omogu\u0107iti publici da na kraju dana ponese celovitu sliku \u2013 i inspiraciju za sopstvenu praksu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Bi\u0107e\u0161 i u ulozi moderatorke CEO panela. \u0160ta je, po tvom mi\u0161ljenju, ono najvrednije \u0161to publika treba da ponese iz tog razgovora \u2013 ne samo kao posmatra\u010di, ve\u0107 kao ljudi koji svakodnevno rade sa tim istim liderima?<\/h4>\n<p>Lideri su klju\u010d za kreiranje poslovne kulture, stoga je va\u017eno da razumemo na\u010din na koji oni vode biznis i vide svoju ulogu u kreiranju korporativne kulture, ali tako\u0111e kako oni vide HR i \u0161ta o\u010dekuju od nas.<\/p>\n<p>Upravo zato verujem da \u0107e CEO panel biti dragocena prilika za sve nas koji radimo u HR-u \u2013 da \u010dujemo direktno, bez filtera, kako top menad\u017ement razmi\u0161lja o anga\u017eovanju zaposlenih, motivaciji i kulturi. Okupili smo istaknute lidere iz \u010detiri uspe\u0161ne kompanije, koje dolaze iz razli\u010ditih industrija i funkcioni\u0161u u razli\u010ditim okru\u017eenjima i izazovima &#8211; \u0161to \u0107e dodatno obogatiti diskusiju. Bi\u0107e to retka \u0161ansa da, iz prve ruke, dobijemo uvid u prioritete lidera, ali i da postavimo pitanja koja nas najvi\u0161e zanimaju. Mislim da \u0107e mnogima otvoriti o\u010di \u2013 i pomo\u0107i da bolje razumemo kako da HR bude sna\u017eniji partner biznisu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Koje pitanje bi, po tvom mi\u0161ljenju, svaki HR profesionalac trebalo bar jednom u karijeri da postavi svom CEO-u?<\/h4>\n<p>Davno sam sa svojim tada\u0161njim direktorom diskutovala o HR-u i ulozi HR-a u korporaciji, ali ispostavilo se da je za mene najva\u017eniji odgovor bio na pitanje &#8222;\u0160ta CEO o\u010dekuje of HR-a?&#8220; U tom odgovoru dobijete sliku stepena razvoja funkcije, razumevanje zna\u010daja, na\u010din saradnje i va\u017enost uzimanja HR inputa u vo\u0111enju biznisa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u0160ta misli\u0161 da je klju\u010dno \u0161to HR treba da zadr\u017ei iz svog \u201eljudskog\u201d dela, \u010dak i u nadolaze\u0107oj eri ubrzane automatizacije i primene ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije?<\/h4>\n<p>Ja verujem da nam AI i automatizacija daju jo\u0161 vi\u0161e prostora da se bavimo ljudima i budemo uklju\u010deni u organizaciju. Automatizacija procesa i AI su klju\u010dni za na\u0161u ve\u0107u podr\u0161ku razvoju zaposlenih.<\/p>\n<p>Koliko puta ste samo \u010duli da kroz razgovore sa zaposlenima ili kroz ankete da HR treba da bude vi\u0161e prisutan u organizaciji? Ovo su alati koji nam to omogu\u0107avaju, kroz data driven planiranje gde \u0107emo staviti fokus u datom trenutku.<\/p>\n<p>Na konferenciji \u0107emo razgovarati i o tome &#8211; kako da upotrebimo nove tehnologije kao podr\u0161ku, a ne kao zamenu za ono \u0161to je su\u0161tina HR uloge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Kroz godine rada u HR-u bila si i savetnik i arhitekta va\u017enih promena. \u0160ta te danas li\u010dno najvi\u0161e pokre\u0107e u ovom poslu \u2013 i da li se ta motivacija promenila u odnosu na po\u010detak karijere?<\/h4>\n<p>Moja motivacija le\u017ei u u\u010destvovanju i kreiranju programa koje \u0107e dovesti do pozitivnih promena.
