Njegova predavanja su poznata po britkim, duhovitim i nimalo ulep\u0161anim analizama savremenog tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada i pona\u0161anja ljudi u organizacijama.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Uo\u010di njegovog <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/govornici\/dalibor-sumiga\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">nastupa na konferenciji HR Experience 2025<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, razgovarali smo o naj\u010de\u0161\u0107im zabludama koje poslodavci imaju o svojim zaposlenima, o tome za\u0161to \u201csre\u0107an zaposleni\u201d nije univerzalna kategorija \u2013 i za\u0161to AI jo\u0161 uvek ne mo\u017ee da zameni ono \u0161to zaista pokre\u0107e ljude na poslu.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">U marketingu znamo da univerzalne poruke retko rade. Za\u0161to onda toliko kompanija i dalje koristi iste generi\u010dke pristupe (i parole) kada poku\u0161ava da anga\u017euje zaposlene?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ne verujem da je kreativnost oglasa kod zapo\u0161ljavanja prioritet bilo koje kompanije, pogotovo onih koje nude atraktivne pozicije. Znaju da je dovoljno da pi\u0161e &#8222;Zapo\u0161ljavamo!&#8220;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Osim toga, jedan kreativan oglas za posao ne\u0107e promeniti percepciju kompanije. Bolja je strategija stalno biti dobar u employer brandingu pa kad i stavi\u0161 oglas &#8222;Zapo\u0161ljavamo!&#8220; ima\u0161 kandidate koji su i pre objave oglasa znali da \u017eele da rade kod tebe.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u0160ta je, po tvom mi\u0161ljenju, najve\u0107a zabluda koju kompanije imaju o svojim zaposlenima \u2013 i kako bi je podaci iz bihevioralne nauke mogli razbiti?<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Da zaposleni vole kompaniju jednako kao i vlasnici. Ne treba nam bihevioralna nauka za to &#8211; svako od nas tome svedo\u010di na dnevnoj bazi.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u0160ta zapravo zna\u010di \u201csre\u0107an zaposleni\u201d? Da li smo preterali sa poku\u0161ajima da radno mesto postane izvor ispunjenja \u2013 ili jo\u0161 nismo ni po\u010deli da ga gradimo kako treba?<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8222;Sre\u0107an zaposleni&#8220; je stvar koja se previ\u0161e generalizuje. Sre\u0107a zaposlenih zavisi i od toga koliko je sre\u0107an privatno, a to automatski uti\u010de i na izvore njegove motivacije. Ako sam u kreditima, glavni motiv \u0107e mi biti novac; ako sam zadovoljan platom, a kreativna sam osoba, glavni motiv \u0107e mi biti izazovni projekti. Ali mo\u017ee li AI zaista da razume nijanse odnosa, poverenja i motivacije me\u0111u ljudima?\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">AI jo\u0161 nema, a i ne\u0107e tako brzo imati empatiju.
