
{"id":73,"date":"2021-07-07T16:16:13","date_gmt":"2021-07-07T14:16:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/?p=73"},"modified":"2021-11-03T10:05:10","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T09:05:10","slug":"ivan-markovic-iz-nis-a-platforma-postovanje-pre-svega","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/vesti\/ivan-markovic-iz-nis-a-platforma-postovanje-pre-svega\/","title":{"rendered":"Ivan Markovi\u0107 iz NIS-a: \u201cPlatforma Po\u0161tovanje, pre svega\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Projekat \u201cPlatforma Po\u0161tovanje, pre svega\u201d, osvojila je tre\u0107e mesto me\u0111u najuspe\u0161nijim HR pri\u010dama nagra\u0111enim na\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrlab.rs\/hr-blog\/employer-branding\/hr-experience-jacajte-svoju-mrezu-kontakata-koliko-i-svoje-vestine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ovogodi\u0161njoj konferenciji HR Experience<\/a>, a predstavio ju je Ivan Markovi\u0107 ispred kompanije NIS a.d.<\/h3>\n<h3>Klju\u010dan stub EVP-a<\/h3>\n<p>Kako je Markovi\u0107 objasnio, projekat je definisan kao jedna od prioritetnih Employee Value Proposition inicijativa, nakon kreiranja kompanijskog EVP-a 2019. godine.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Stubovi NIS-ovog EVP-a su\u00a0<strong>po\u0161tovanje, li\u010dni razvoj, priznanje za performans i izazovan posao<\/strong>. Kada se upustite u proces gra\u0111enja EVP-a, postavljanja ciljeva i ja\u010danja brenda, menjanje korporativne kulture, proglasite ih, unesete u dokumenta, postavite na portal, sledi najte\u017ei deo \u2013 \u0161ta onda? Kako \u017eiveti te promene? Nekada su te promene kao vru\u0107 krompir, ali bez tih \u201chigijenskih\u201d promena koje moraju da se dese, ne mo\u017eete dalje.\u00a0<strong>Zato smo se odva\u017eili da se upustimo u preispitivanje po\u0161tovanja kao klju\u010dnog stuba na\u0161eg EVP-a i mnogi su nam rekli da smo hrabri \u0161to se time bavimo<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Markovi\u0107, napomenuv\u0161i da je uz podr\u0161ku bilo i sumnji kako u tako velikoj kompaniji implementirati projekat koji se bavi prvenstveno po\u0161tovanjem svakog zaposlenog.<\/p>\n<p>On je objasnio da su do odluke za pokretanje inicijative do\u0161li nakon analize koliko im je va\u017ean EVP element \u2013 po\u0161tovanje \u2013 i \u010dinjenice da moraju da ga oja\u010daju, jer je percepcija zaposlenih, kao i eksterne zajednice bila da NIS mora intenzivno da radi na njegovom unapre\u0111enju.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Istra\u017eivanja me\u0111u zaposlenima i druga eksterna istra\u017eivanja su nam pomogla da do\u0111emo do sr\u017ei izazova i defini\u0161emo pravac \u2013 po\u0161tovanje zaposlenih i uva\u017eavanje njihovog integriteta elementarna su obaveza u svakom radnom okru\u017eenju.\u00a0<strong>Ne mo\u017eete primorati nekoga da vas po\u0161tuje, ali mo\u017eete odbiti da vas ne po\u0161tuju<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 naglasio je Ivan Markovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Kako je on istakao, osnovna strategija NIS-a je da njihov EVP \u017eivi \u2013 da ga zaposleni \u017eive, da prenese poruku da se trud prepoznaje, da se svaki pojedinac jednako uva\u017eava i da u njihovom zadovoljstvu i posve\u0107enosti le\u017ei snaga kompanije.\u00a0<strong>Markovi\u0107 je dodao i da je bilo potrebno izna\u0107i sistemske na\u010dine kako pratiti i omogu\u0107iti podr\u0161ku zaposlenima u sistemu koji broji vi\u0161e od 11.000 ljudi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kreiranje i pripreme samog projekta su sprovedene u 2020. godini, a sam po\u010detak projekta bio je u decembru 2020. godine. Ova platforma kreirana je sa planom da bude oslonac i podr\u0161ka zaposlenima u budu\u0107nosti u svakom momentu.<\/p>\n<h3>Podr\u0161ka zaposlenima i Savetnik za etiku<\/h3>\n<p>\u201ePo\u0161tovanje, pre svega!\u201d je integrisan program podr\u0161ke zaposlenima kada god se ose\u0107aju da trpe ili prolaze kroz situacije koje ugro\u017eavaju njihovo dostojanstvo i ose\u0107anja. U zavisnosti od samostalne procene situacije kroz koju prolazi, zaposleni mo\u017ee da se obrati slede\u0107im centrima podr\u0161ke:\u00a0<strong>Timu za psiholo\u0161ku podr\u0161ku<\/strong>\u00a0(interni tim),<strong>\u00a0Chief Ethics Officer<\/strong>\u00a0(Savetnik za etiku) i\u00a0<strong>licu za za podr\u0161ku u slu\u010daju sumnje na mobing.<\/strong>\u00a0Na ovaj na\u010din dobija razre\u0161enje krizne situacije kroz podr\u0161ku, savetodavni pristup ili kada se zaposleni ose\u0107aju lo\u0161e ili imaju nedoumice i treba im psiholo\u0161ka podr\u0161ka i li\u010dno osna\u017eivanje uz maksimalnu za\u0161titu od strane kompanije i zagarantovanu poverljivost celog procesa.\u00a0<strong>\u201ePo\u0161tovanje, pre svega!\u201d je nezavisan u svom delovanju, garantuje potpunu diskreciju i za\u0161titu zaposlenih tokom komunikacije i iniciranih procesa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U toku rada na projektu\u00a0<strong>do\u0161lo je do izmene plana<\/strong>\u00a0da postoji mnogobrojan i kredibilan tim kojem se zaposleni mogu obratiti u vezi sa etikom, a koji broji desetak ljudi iz razli\u010ditih delova kompanije.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Me\u0111utim,\u00a0<strong>na osnovu povratnih informacija shvatili smo da bi to trebalo da bude jedna osoba, eti\u010dna, hrabra i uticajna.<\/strong>\u00a0To je postao<strong>\u00a0jedan \u010dlan top menad\u017ementa, koji je pored svoje pozicije preuzeo i poziciju Chief Ethics Officer<\/strong>\u00a0(Savetnik za etiku), koji ima volje, mo\u0107i i ima sva ovla\u0161\u0107enja da bude zadu\u017een za re\u0161avanje ovih pritu\u017ebi i kojem se svaki zaposleni mo\u017ee direktno obratiti \u2013 naveo je Ivan Markovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>On je naglasio da u NIS-u \u017eele da spre\u010de i pomognu u situacijama poput vre\u0111anja dostojanstva, ugleda, li\u010dnog i profesionalnog integriteta, ismejavanja ili diskriminacija po bilo kom osnovu. Izazovi u prevazila\u017eenju neprijatne situacije koja uti\u010de na psiholo\u0161ku stabilnost i mentalno zdravlje, kada zaposleni ne znaju kako da se nose sa pritiskom, da iska\u017eu svoj stav, ose\u0107aju se bespomo\u0107no i neprihva\u0107eno od strane svog tima. Kao i u situaciji ukoliko postoji sumnja na vr\u0161enje mobinga nad zaposlenima.<\/p>\n<h3>Merenje uspeha<\/h3>\n<p>Kako znamo da smo na pravom putu, upitao je Ivan Markovi\u0107 i naveo kako se meri u\u010dinkovitost projekta:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Planirani alati za merenje u\u010dinka su Istra\u017eivanja employee engagement-a \u2013 kroz element \u201cradno okru\u017eenje\u201d, istra\u017eivanja izve\u0161taja iskustva kandidata Candidate experience \u2013 pra\u0107enje razloga zbog kojih kandidati ne prihvataju ponudu za zaposlenje zbog \u201cradnog okru\u017eenja i odnosa sa rukovodiocima\u201d, izlazni intervjui \u2013 pra\u0107enje razloga zbog kojih zaposleni odlaze zbog \u201cradnog okru\u017eenja i odnosa sa rukovodiocima\u201d, kao i broj prijavljenih i procesuiranih slu\u010dajeva koji ukazuju na neprimereno pona\u0161anje putem nekog od centara podr\u0161ke ove platform.
