HR transformaciju je predstavila <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ivana-bambura%C4%87-7a942611\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ivana Bambura\u0107<\/a>, d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">irektor odeljenja za iskustvo zaposlenih, razvoj kulture i organizacije NLB Komercijalne banke na nedavnoj \u0160estoj konferenciji HR Experience odr\u017eanoj u Beogradu u organizaciji Infostuda.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Ivana Bambura\u0107 je rekla da je kompanija, nakon uspe\u0161ne integracije NLB i Komercijalne banke 2022. godine, u\u0161la u period transformacije.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Nau\u010dili smo da transformacija zahteva mnogo istovremenih promena i da ih je mogu\u0107e sprovesti i \u201czapaliti vatru u ljudima\u201d, ukoliko pravilno planirate resurse i ulazite u promene zato \u0161to to \u017eelite a ne zato \u0161to morate, rekla je Bambura\u0107 upozoravaju\u0107i da je planiranje resursa posebno va\u017eno zbog realne opasnosti od burn-out-a, odnosno sagorevanja na poslu. U posebnoj sekciji \u2018Sve \u0161to jesmo\u2019 svi zaposleni mogu prona\u0107i informacije o benefitima, internim oglasima, Family-Friendly inicijativi, kao i informacije o planiranim doga\u0111ajima.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Organizovali smo prvi \u2019Townhall\u2019 gde su \u010dlanovi Izvr\u0161nog odbora banke predstavljali rezultate banke, pri\u010dali o ciljevima a zaposleni su postavljali pitanja. Tako\u0111e, redovno predstavljamo novozaposlene na portalu, usvojene su \u201cpreporuke za odr\u017eavanje sastanaka\u201d, radi bolje i efikasnije saradnje. Kvartalno objavljujemo newsletter gde obave\u0161tavamo zaposlene o aktuelnostima, zapo\u010deli smo praksu otvorenih vrata sa HRBP i trudimo se da ugostimo sve zaposlene iz cele Srbije. Formirali smo i razvili prvi tim internih trenera i internu akademiju, a time i otvorili interne obuke koje je poha\u0111alo preko 700 zaposlenih u 2023. godini.\u00a0 Svakodnevno imamo bar po jedan trening u banci\u201c, rekla je Ivana Bambura\u0107, isti\u010du\u0107i da je razvoj izuzetno va\u017ean zaposlenima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">S obzirom na va\u017enost privla\u010denja i zadr\u017eavanja talenata, NLB Komercijalna banka je pokrenula inicijative za privla\u010denje novih zaposlenih i za zadr\u017eavanje postoje\u0107ih.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mapirali smo i talente, implementirali dvogodi\u0161nji program\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201eIskra\u201c<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0koji podr\u017eava njihov razvoj<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, a \u010dak 130 talenata je u\u010destvovalo u procesu selekcije, a 50 koleginica i kolega je dobilo priliku da u naredne dve godine uz mentorstvo prolaze razli\u010dite razvojne programe u cilju njihovog li\u010dnog i profesionalnog rasta i razvoja.\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tako\u0111e, detektovali smo 120 klju\u010dnih ljudi za koje su definisani posebni programi zadr\u017eavanja\u201d,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0rekla je Ivana Bambura\u0107.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ona je naglasila da posve\u0107enost transformaciji brenda poslodavca oslikava saradnja NLB Komercijalne banke sa studentskim organizacijama i fakultetima, kao i veliki broje praksi namenjenih mladim ljudima. \u201cTokom pro\u0161le godine zapo\u010deli smo po prvi put program \u0161estomese\u010dne pla\u0107ene prakse po imenu\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2018Imam pravu priliku\u2019<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, kao i program prakse\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2018Izazove budu\u0107nost(i)\u2019<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
