On ve\u0107 vi\u0161e od dve decenije sa poslovnom zajednicom deli pre svega uvide o uspe\u0161nom funkcionisanju u uslovima neizvesnosti, do kojih je do\u0161ao u ekstremnim planinarskim poduhvatima. Kao govornik na \u0161estoj konferenciji HR Experience odr\u017eanoj u maju u organizaciji Infostuda u Beogradu, <strong>govorio na temu vo\u0111stva u uslovima stalnih i iznenadnih promena, na primeru dva svoja izazovna planinarska uspona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Bez razvoja i ljudi i organizacije stvaramo ili frustraciju ili vakuum<\/h2>\n<p>Rainer Petek smatra da je suo\u010davanje sa neizvesno\u0161\u0107u koje je klju\u010dno u planinarenju, sve bitnije i u dana\u0161njem poslovnom svetu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Nije vi\u0161e re\u010d o velikim programima promene, ve\u0107 o konstantnom menjanju. Umesto o procesima promene od ta\u010dke A do ta\u010dke B, radi se o promenljivosti, rekao je Rainer Petek na \u0161estoj konferenciji HR Experience i dodao<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Doju\u010dera\u0161nji lideri su postavili ciljeve i delegirali odgovornost za njihovo postizanje. <strong>Dana\u0161nji uspe\u0161ni lideri prepoznaju da vode u nepoznato, a njihov najvec\u0301i izazov je suo\u010davanje sa neizvesno\u0161\u0107u i zato im je potrebna pouzdanost, ali i inovativnost.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On je istakao da su u 80 odsto kompanija potrebne promene u dva pravca. Jedan pravac je organizaciona transformacija koja od birokratske, hijerarhijske organizaciji ide ka vi\u0161e preduzetni\u010dkoj zajednici. Drugi pravac promena se odnosi na razvoj \u010dlanova tima od onih koji implementiraju koncepte ka onima koji ih ko-kreiraju.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nije dovoljno ukoliko se zadr\u017eimo na samo jednoj od ovih promena. Ukoliko ostajemo birokratska organizacija a razvijamo ljude u pravcu ko-kreiranja, stvaramo frustraciju. Ukoliko, sa druge strane, samo razvijamo organizaciju, bez usavr\u0161avanja ve\u0161tina ljudi, bez njihovog osna\u017eivanja, stvaramo vakuum koji nema ko da ispuni, rekao je Rainer Petek.<\/p>\n<h2>Proces promene nije autoput sa putokazima<\/h2>\n<p>Rainer Petek smatra da je jedan od glavnih razloga zbog kojih promene u kompanijama ne uspevaju jeste to \u0161to se u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva posmatraju kao da je proces promene autoput sa jasnim putokazima koje samo treba slediti.\u202f\u202fPetek je mnogo o promenama nau\u010dio kroz alpinizam i podsetio je prisutne na konferenciji u Beogradu da \u201cpromena zna\u010di stalno upu\u0161tanje u nove, neistra\u017eene teritorije\u201d. Rainer je ispri\u010dao kako se kada je imao 19 godina popeo na najizazovniji vrh Alpa, te je istakao va\u017enost pravovremenosti, oslu\u0161kivanja sredine I procenjivanja kako rizika tako i sopstvenih snaga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Na severnoj strani planine, kao i u kompaniji, sve mo\u017ee da se promeni u sekundi i mnogo toga zavisi od na\u010dina na koji \u0107emo se postaviti prema situacijama koje iskrsnu, rekao je on.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potom je poveo prisutne u jo\u0161 jednu avanturu u kojoj se na\u0161ao sa jo\u0161 jednim alpinistom na izuzetno te\u0161kom usponu na severnoj strani Dolomita u Italiji. Rainer i njegov kolega su poku\u0161ali da se dobro pripreme, poneli su vi\u0161e opreme nego \u0161to ina\u010de nose za nepredvi\u0111ene situacije. Nakon mnogo sati uspona mi\u0161i\u0107i su ih jako boleli i bili su dva sata u zaka\u0161njenju u odnosu na planiranu dinamiku uspona. Neposredno pre \u201cta\u010dke bez povratka\u201d pomislili su da ipak odustanu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Stena se \u0161irila iznad nas i veliki deo stene je visio iznad na\u0161ih glava. Bila je izuzetno te\u0161ka za uspon, ali nas je i za\u0161titila od kamenja koje je palo. Nikada nisam video tako strm i te\u017eak uspon, ali kada sam pogledao bli\u017ee shvatio sam da postoje useci, neravnine. Odjednom mi je delovalo mogu\u0107e da se popnemo. Shvatio sam da na\u0161 problem nije to \u0161to je stena te\u0161ka za penjanje, ve\u0107 \u0161to su na\u0161i ranci prete\u0161ki za no\u0161enje. Mi se vi\u0161e nismo pona\u0161ali kao alpinisti ve\u0107 kao transportna kompanija, sve svoje snage smo usmerili ka tome kako da iznesemo toliku obimnu opremu.<\/p>\n<p>Rainer je rekao da su on i njegov kolega istog trenutka do\u0161li na istu ideju da bace ono \u0161to je balast u ruksacima koje nose i zadr\u017eali su isklju\u010divo najneophodnije stvari, kao \u0161to je litar vode za njih dvojicu, d\u017eemperi oko kukova i po par rezervnih cipela. Uspeli smo jer smo usmerili svoju energiju na penjanje, a ne na no\u0161enje opreme. Uspeli smo jer smo odbacili ne ruksake, ve\u0107 pogre\u0161no razmi\u0161ljanje, lo\u0161e pretpostavke, sumnje i strahove, stvari koje su nam nekada pomogle ali sada su nam ote\u017eavale uspon. Razmislite, \u0161ta je bespotreban, \u0161tetan teret u va\u0161em mentalnom rancu? U kompanijama to su nekada i stare procedure i procesi. Ljudi i kompanije \u010desto u izazovnim situacijama rade \u0161to i ranije, samo vi\u0161e: tro\u0161e vi\u0161e resursa, planiraju vi\u0161e vremena, vi\u0161e ljudi. Zapravo, va\u017eno je osloboditi se onoga \u0161to nam vi\u0161e ne slu\u017ei i potra\u017eiti \u0161ta nam koristi u novim okolnostima.<\/p>\n<p>Rainer Petek je podsetio da kada god stupimo na novi nivo promena, prvo moramo da razumemo kako stvari funkcioni\u0161u u tim novim uslovima, i da se prilagodimo i sami promenimo: &#8211; Taman kada uspemo, dolazi na red novo univerzalno pravilo promene: nailazi nova te\u0161ko\u0107a, jer se dr\u017eimo na\u0161eg obrasca uspeha koji ubrzo moramo da menjamo u ponovo novim uslovima. <strong>Promena se nekad de\u0161ava kroz razvoj, ali ponekad mora da se desi i kao svesna odluka, po dizajnu a ne spontanom razvoju. <\/strong>Tada moramo svesno da iza\u0111emo iz svoje zone komfora, istakao je Rainer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planirati je va\u017eno, ali je u okolnostima iznenadnih promena plan za koji se slepo dr\u017eimo velika opasnost, i zato je pored pouzdanosti va\u017ena i inovativnost<\/strong>. Promena se de\u0161ava u sada\u0161njem trenutku i treba sa jasno\u0107om, posve\u0107eno\u0161\u0107u i saradnjom na nju reagovati. <strong>Ljudi te\u0161ko podnose neizvesnost i nastoje da se osiguraju 120 odsto, a to nije mogu\u0107e.
