Anketa je distribuirana svim zaposlenima, kojih u Banci ima 3100, a svoje odgovore dalo je vi\u0161e od 2000 zaposlenih, objasnile su Sanja i Simona.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Isti\u010du da su godinu dana ranije ispitivali zajedno sa UNICEF-om politike i prakse po meri porodice, a 2021. godine je opse\u017eno istra\u017eivanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih sprovela i njihova mati\u010dna banka Intesa San Paolo.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pratili smo i analizirali \u0161ta ka\u017eu zaposleni kroz sve ove ankete, a skupljali smo informacije i na druge na\u010dine, na primer analizom tr\u017ei\u0161ta i izlaznih intervjua<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i sve je ukazivalo da <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">postoji prostor za pobolj\u0161anje seta benefita, a posebno onih koji se odnose na zaposlene koji su roditel<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ji, a njih je u na\u0161oj banci 2.600, rekle su Sanja i Simona i dodale:\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; Shvatili smo da ne samo da imamo dovoljno podataka za komunikacionu kampanju, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ve\u0107 da mo\u017eemo da pokrenemo mnogo ve\u0107e promene u oblastima koje su za zaposlene va\u017ene, a to je pre svega balans privatnog i poslovnog \u017eivota<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, naglasila je Sanja Raja\u010di\u0107 i istakla: Izneli smo pred menad\u017ement predloge kako da budemo jo\u0161 bolje mesto za rad. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Uskoro je kreiran na\u0161 EVP koji smo komunicirali pod krovnom porukom #TISISVE\u0160TOHO\u0106E\u0160<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Naredni koraci EVP tima bili su usmereni ka pove\u0107anju zadovoljstva zaposlenih i bili su podeljeni u tri kategorije: <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pro\u0161irenje seta benefita, unapre\u0111enje projekata i aktivnosti koje pove\u0107avaju zadovoljstvo zaposlenih i podr\u017eavanje koleginica i kolega u \u017eivotnom stilu<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> kakav \u017eele i van radnog vremena.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Pro\u0161irenje seta benefita jer je \u201edobro neprijatelj boljega\u201c<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;134245529&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:40,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; Smatramo da je dobro najve\u0107i neprijatelj boljega, te smo analizirali pored anketa i drugih povratnih informacija i EVP koji je nu\u0111en i od strane drugih kompanija i to ne samo na na\u0161em tr\u017ei\u0161tu ve\u0107 i globalno, naglasila je Sanja Raja\u010di\u0107.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; Krajem 2023. Banca Intesa je pored postoje\u0107ih, ve\u0107 zna\u010dajnih benefita kao \u0161to je, na primer, privatno zdravstveno osiguranje i me\u0111unarodni zdravstveni program \u2013 Best Doctors, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">uvela dodatne benefite: pove\u0107anje broja dana godi\u0161njeg odmora\u00a0 \u2013 maksimalan broj dana godi\u0161njeg odmora pove\u0107an je za dodatna dva dana; za koleginice i kolege koje rade u ekspoziturama i regionalnim trezorima, dodatna tri dana godi\u0161njeg odmora na osnovu radnog mesta<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Posebno va\u017ean benefit je i <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pro\u0161irenje prava na kori\u0161\u0107enje dana pla\u0107enog odsustva<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, kazala je Raja\u010di\u0107.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Na\u0161e zaposlene je posebno obradovalo \u0161to su dobili <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dan pla\u0107enog odsustva za ro\u0111endan.<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Uvedeno je dodatnih 10 dana pla\u0107enog odsustva (uz postoje\u0107ih 5) povodom usvajanja deteta za oba roditelja; jedan dan za negu i brigu o roditeljima zaposlenog i 3 dana za druge li\u010dne potrebe zaposlenog.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Inicijative usmerene na aktivnosti koje pove\u0107avaju zadovoljstvo zaposlenih<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;134245529&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:40,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Obe na\u0161e sagovornice su sa ponosom istakle da je od juna 2023. godine Banca Intesa je realizovala ThinkUp radionice <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 seriju razgovora sa stru\u010dnjacima na teme kao \u0161to su emotivna i socijalna inteligencija, roditeljstvo, kako podsta\u0107i inovativni, preduzetni\u010dki duh, dobrobit zaposlenih i mnoge druge.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; Banka je u 2023. godini obezbedila posebne dane za brigu o zdravlju zaposlenih organizuju\u0107i specijalisti\u010dke ultrazvu\u010dne preglede prostate i dojki u Beogradu, Novom Sadu i Ni\u0161u, kao i dva specijalizovana panela na temu \u017eenskog i mu\u0161kog zdravlja koji su snimani i postavljeni na interni portal kako bi koleginice i kolege \u0161irom Srbije mogle da pogledaju.
