Naime, po\u010dev\u0161i da radi za uspe\u0161nu porodi\u010dnu kompaniju u \u0160vajcarskoj, ona je morala da prilago\u0111ava svoj pristup, budu\u0107i da je \u017earko \u017eelela da ostane u toj zemlji. Ana je postala globalni direktor medicinske edukacije u \u0161vajcarskoj kompaniji, ali na tom putu bilo je ozbiljnih prepreka.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Kako sama ka\u017ee, Ana je znala da je u pitanju kompanija sa dobrim brendom i kvalitetnim proizvodima i edukacijom,\u00a0 koja je u momentu kada im se Ana priklju\u010divala imala stabilan rast.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8211; Ono \u0161to nisam znala je da je kompanija, s obzirom da je to porodi\u010dna firma, veoma je zavisna od vlasnika. Tako\u0111e, u kompaniji je bila nejasna struktura i imala je veliku fluktuaciju zaposlenih. Za edukaciju je bio zadu\u017een \u010dovek, koji ju je osmislio, ali koji formalno nije bio zaposlen u kompaniji. Kontakte sa predava\u010dima je odr\u017eavao prevashodno on, iako ih je kompanija pla\u0107ala. Poverenje je uvek jako va\u017eno,a u porodi\u010dnoj firmi to je osnovna valuta poslovanja,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> naglasila je Ana.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Ona se nije puno trudila da vlasniku prenese svoju viziju na kojoj je vredno radila i uskoro se na\u0161la u situaciji da joj je rekao da on ne smatra da Ana treba i dalje da bude zaposlena u toj kompaniji.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Uspesi kroz prilagodljivost i u\u010denje na gre\u0161kama<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;134245529&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:40,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Gre\u0161ke u koracima su mi bile, dakle, nepoznavanje kulture porodi\u010dne firme i relevantnih igra\u010da i njihovih interesa, njihovo neuklju\u010divanje u viziju i cilj, nespretna komunikacija, ignorisanje razlika u kulturi i pre svega razlika u\u00a0 komunikaciji u Srbiji i \u0160vajcarskoj.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Uvidela sam svoje gre\u0161ke, i potrudila sam se da radim na komunikaciji sa vlasnikom, da slu\u0161am njegovu viziju, \u0161ta on \u017eeli da postignemo. Vremenom smo potpuno promenili na\u0161 odnos, on je i dalje smatrao da mi je komunikacija suvi\u0161e direktna, ali mu je sada to odgovaralo jer mi je verovao. Zbog moje direktnosti jednom me je u \u0161ali nazvao svojim \u201esrpskim tenkom\u201c, ispri\u010dala je Ana.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Ana je nastavila da radi na tome da popravi sve \u0161to je mogla. Kompanija je nastavila jo\u0161 uspe\u0161nije da raste i Ana sa njom. Ipak, posle dve godine usledio je jo\u0161 jedan \u0161ok u Aninoj karijeri. Do\u0161lo je vreme da se sistematizuje odeljenje edukacije. To nije odgovaralo svima i uskoro je drugi va\u017ean igra\u010d tra\u017eio od vlasnika da Ana ode iz firme. Ona je jo\u0161 jednom pokazala \u017eelju da u\u010di na svojim gre\u0161kama, i uspela je da prevazi\u0111e krizu.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Vlasnik kompanije, osniva\u010d sistema edukacije, Ana i ve\u0107ina aktera u kompaniji postigli su jedinstvo u uspostavljenim ciljevima.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8211; Uspostavili smo nove navike, sistematizovali sertifikaciju, uklonili zavisnost od osniva\u010da edukacije i slavili male pobede na putu, rekla je Ana istakav\u0161i va\u017enost proslave tih postignu\u0107a na putu promena. Stav prema promenama je pomogao kompaniji\u00a0 i da se izuzetno brzo prilagodi situaciji COVID-19 virusa i brzo prebaci na onlajn predavanja na raznim dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Uspeh je pri kraju Anine karijere u ovoj firmi bio ogroman<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">: vi\u0161estruki rast kompanije, vi\u0161e od 40.000 edukovanih stomatologa, vi\u0161e od \u0161ezdeset predava\u010da i 300 instruktora u 60 zemalja, vi\u0161e od 35 partnerskih univerziteta i partnerstva sa najva\u017enijim profesionalnim asocijacijama.<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Da li ljudi zaista ne vole promene? Nakon tri dana koliko joj je bilo potrebno da prihvati tu informaciju, Ana je uvidela da je njenom rastu u toj kompaniji do\u0161ao kraj i odlu\u010dila da izabere na\u010din na koji \u0107e ona sama promeni u tim izuzetno razo\u010daravaju\u0107im okolnostima: pokrenula je svoju konsultantsku ku\u0107u.
