Kroz<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">predavanja vode\u0107ih HR stru\u010dnjaka i kroz razmenu prakti\u010dnih iskustava i znanja sa u\u010desnicima, promi\u0161ljale su se teme sre\u0107e na poslu, dizajna pona\u0161anja<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, liderstva, komunikacije, u\u010dinka na poslu i agilnosti.\u00a0 <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Predstavljeno je pet najuspe\u0161nijih HR pri\u010da, izabranih me\u0111u 53 pristiglih na konkurs i glasovima publike za najbolju izabran je projekat IT kompanije Mikroelektronika \u201cJo\u0161 jedan \u017eivot\u201d.\u00a0 Dodeljena je i nagrada stru\u010dnog \u017eirija za najbolju Employer branding praksu. Ova presti\u017ena nagrada pripala je kompaniji Neoplanta iz Novog sada za projekat \u201c\u017dene mogu sve!\u201d<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u017divimo u vremenu promenjenih o\u010dekivanja kandidata i zaposlenih, rekla je, otvaraju\u0107i konferenciju Sonja \u0106etkovi\u0107, direktorka Infostuda. Ona je istakla da, iako zapo\u0161ljavanje vi\u0161e nije u zamahu u kojem je bilo pro\u0161le godine, kandidati i zaposleni su i dalje spremni da pregovaraju kada odlu\u010duju o svom radnom mestu. Ovo se posebno odnosi na industrije i profile koji su i dalje deficitarni na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada. Sa druge strane, ne samo \u0161to postoje lideri koji ne vladaju ovim ve\u0161tinama, ve\u0107 postoje i oni koji svesno biraju druga\u010diji put. Efikasnost i energija bez empatije su sociopatija, rekao je Lacinai i naveo primer francuskog poslovnog lidera koji je \u017eeleo da smanji broj zaposlenih na bizaran, ali ne i toliko redak na\u010din. U konkretnom slu\u010daju s obzirom da je u Francuskoj te\u0161ko i skupo otpustiti ili proglasiti vi\u0161kom radnike, on je izabrao da ih namernim mobingom natera da sami odu. Da li je bio efikasan? Jeste. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da 25% ljudi koji su izlo\u017eeni maltretiranju na radnom mestu potra\u017ee novi posao, a to uradi i 20% onih koji su svedo\u010dili maltretiranju.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Lacinai je upozorio da ne postoji mogu\u0107nost da ne komuniciramo. Ovim stavom se nije zadr\u017eao samo na neverbalnoj komunikaciji pokreta tela, ve\u0107 je naglasio da \u010dak i kada se povu\u010demo iz verbalne ili pisane komunikacije, takvim stavom i dalje komuniciramo. Odr\u017eivost zna\u010di da li \u0107e ne\u0161to mo\u0107i da traje i da se razvija i nakon nas, i u tom smislu nije samo kategorija brige o prirodnoj sredini, ve\u0107 i o planu nasle\u0111ivanja, razvoja zaposlenih, uspe\u0161nog modela poslovanja itd.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Uspe\u0161an zna\u010di biti u skladu sa okru\u017eenjem i potrebama tr\u017ei\u0161ta i ljudi koje vodimo, u svakom trenutku i u svim okolnostima. Ona je rekla da je jedno od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih pitanja, kada na engleskom jeziku ukucamo \u201ckako da\u201d \u2013 kako da budem sre\u0107an. Iako su objavljenje hiljade knjiga na tu temu, ljudi ne umeju da predvide \u0161ta \u0107e ih usre\u0107iti, rekla je Astrid Groenewegen.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:336}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8211; Svi imamo psiholo\u0161ki imuni sistem koji nam poma\u017ee da se nosimo sa neuspesima i spre\u010dava negativan uticaj na na\u0161u srec\u0301u. Kao primer, Groenwegen je navela eksperiment u kojem su ljudi birali da li bi radije uzeli 50 000 dolara ukoliko njihove kolege dobiju upola manje, dakle po 25 000, ili bi uzeli 100 000 dolara ali da to zna\u010di da kolege dobiju po 250 000. Gostuju\u0107i je profesor biznisa na Kingston Univerzitetu u Londonu. Morate da promenite emociju, da promenite osec\u0301anja, da promenite razmi\u0161ljanje da biste na kraju promenili svoje pona\u0161anje.
