Pritom se koriste sledec\u0301e analiti\u010dke tehnike: analiza organizacione mre\u017ee, analiza vrednosnih mre\u017ea te analiza uticaja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Analiza organizacione mre\u017ee istra\u017euje ograni\u010denja, veze, komunikaciju i tok informacija izme\u0111u pojedinaca ili \u010dvorova u mre\u017ei te mo\u017ee pomoc\u0301i kompaniji u razumevanju toga koji su zaposleni klju\u010dni za njen poslovni nastup \/ izvedbu, koji su preopterec\u0301eni ili uska grla u obavljanju poslova, koji su neiskori\u0161c\u0301eni izvori nova otkric\u0301a i jo\u0161 mnogo toga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>No, puno je vi\u0161e podru\u010dja primene analize socijalnih mre\u017ea u HR-u. Nave\u0161c\u0301u neke od njih: ovladavanje multidimenzionalnim znanjem organizacije, upravljanje organizacijom 21. veka, pore\u0111enje ljudski vs. socijalni kapital, analiza mre\u017ene strukture adaptivne organizacije, upravljanje organizacionim resursima i organizacionim performansama, analiza uspe\u0161nosti integracije (post-merger integracija), upravljanje projektima, upravljanje programom i portfeljem projekata, otkrivanje lidera u timu, upravljanje inovacijama i dr.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kako socijalna fizika doprinosu HR-u i na koji na\u010din se mo\u017ee primenjivati?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSocijalna fizika je kvantitativna dru\u0161tvena nauka koja opisuje pouzdanu, matemati\u010dku vezu izme\u0111u informacija i toka ideja iz jednog i ljudskog pona\u0161anja, s druge strane.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poma\u017ee razumevanje toka ideja, od osobe do osobe, kroz mehanizme dru\u0161tvenog (socijalnog) u\u010denja i razumevanja kako ovi tokovi na kraju stvaraju norme, produktivnost i kreativan u\u010dinak kompanija, gradova i dru\u0161tava.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pokazano je da primenom metoda socijalne fizike, na primer prilago\u0111avanjem postavki komunikacionih mre\u017ea, moguc\u0301e je povec\u0301ati produktivnost i pouzdanost u dono\u0161enju odluka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skoro nema podru\u010dja ljudske delatnosti gde nije moguc\u0301e primeniti zakonitost socijalne fizike. Na primer, moguc\u0301e je odgovoriti na sledec\u0301a pitanja: Kako koristiti socijalno u\u010denje kako biste prona\u0161li najbolje ideje? Kako povec\u0301ati efikasnost centrale za 23% dok smanjujete stres za 19%? Kako smanjiti potro\u0161nju elektri\u010dne energije za 17%? Kako mogu blagovremeno otkriti depresiju i druge psiholo\u0161ke i psihi\u010dke poremec\u0301aje zasnovane na njihovim karakteristikama pona\u0161anja na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama i internetu? Kako da automatski prepoznamo emocionalno stanje korisnika tokom dijaloga sa operaterom u call centru? Ili kako saznati u realnom vremenu interesovanje korisnika za uslugu koju operator nudi? Kako korisnici preporu\u010duju muziku i filmove na osnovu raspolo\u017eenja? i dr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Metode socijalne fizike tako\u0111e mogu uravnote\u017eiti tok sastanaka: u\u010de\u0161c\u0301e, ravnote\u017ea, tranzicija, saradnja, interaktivnost, razmena informacija itd. Tako\u0111e je moguc\u0301e povec\u0301ati efikasnost distribuiranih grupa \/ timova. Posebno je interesantno \u201cuspostaviti\u201d organizaciju u cilju povec\u0301anja inovacija ili protoka informacija ili brzine \/ efikasnosti obavljanja radnih zadataka.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0160ta \u0107e biti fokus va\u0161e prezentacije u Beogradu?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cOsve\u0161\u0107ivanje HR profesionalaca u pravcu primene i koristi analize socijalnih mre\u017ea i socijalne fizike u HR. Ali, svakako i osve\u0161\u0107ivanje poslovne zajednice o njegovoj primenljivosti u finansijama i bankarstvu, osiguranju, telekomunikacionoj industriji, korporativnoj bezbednosti, medicinskoj i zdravstvenoj za\u0161titi i dr.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cHR Experience\u201d, okupljanje vode\u0107ih HR stru\u010dnjaka, u svom fokusu \u0107e imati i nove trendove koji se primenjuju u HR-u.
