Odgovore na ova pitanja sazna\u0107ete na predavanju i radionici Mie Jokinive, business and stress-management coach, koja \u0107e se odr\u017eati na prvom \u201cHR Experiencu\u201d 31. maja u Beogradu.<\/p>\n<p>Mia Jokiniva je osniva\u010d i suvlasnik skandinavskog vode\u0107eg centra za stres menad\u017ement \u201eVilla Mandala\u201d u Finskoj. Njen rad kao trener za upravljanje stresom, bestseler-autor i predava\u010d je prepoznat od strane nekoliko finskih i me\u0111unarodnih korporacija, ministarstava i poslovnih medija. Svake godine hiljade ljudi prisustvuje njenim predavanjima i seminarima o zdravlju i zdravlju na poslu. Migracije radnika, stalna potreba za pove\u0107anjem radnog u\u010dinka, ekonomski izazovi na me\u0111unarodnom nivou i rastu\u0107e oslanjanje na tehnologiju za dana\u0161nje zaposlene stvara jedno multi-stresno radno okru\u017eenje. Ipak, veliki broj poslodavaca nije opremio svoje zaposlene alatima koji im mogu pomo\u0107i da iza\u0111u na kraj sa teretom koji nosi emotivni, fizi\u010dki i psiholo\u0161ki stres povezan sa poslom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Glavne posledice dugotrajne izlo\u017eenosti stresu se kod zaposlenih ogledaju u slabom radnom u\u010dinku, smanjenju motivacije, a u najgorem slu\u010daju, ozbiljno naru\u0161enom fizi\u010dkom i mentalnom zdravlju. Povrh svega, to poslodavcu donosi i dodatne tro\u0161kove zapo\u0161ljavanja. To uklju\u010duje tro\u0161kove prometa zaposlenih, smanjenu produktivnost, odsustva, a u najgorem slu\u010daju, \u010dak i rano penzionisanje. Stres evropske poslodavce ko\u0161ta 240 milijardi evra godi\u0161nje u vidu bolovanja ili odmora (EU-OSHA 2014.). Svaki slu\u010daj lo\u0161eg zdravlja izazvanog stresom dovodi do gubitka u proseku od 31 radnog dana (Fond za mentalno zdravlje, 2007.).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Na treninzima o upravljanju stresom, podu\u010davamo ljude na\u010dinima na koje mogu da identifikuju najva\u017enije (ponekad i za\u010du\u0111uju\u0107e) faktore i simptome stresa. Tek onda im mo\u017eemo pomo\u0107i da na odgovaraju\u0107i na\u010din umanje i usvoje adekvatne odgovore na stresore (dobre ili lo\u0161e) radi dostizanja jednog optimalnog blagostanja i pozitivnog poslovnog ishoda. Nadamo se da \u0107emo uspeti da pru\u017eimo alate koji \u0107e slu\u017eiti kao prevencija zdravstvenih problema, ali i ekonomskih gubitaka izazvanih dugotrajnoj izlo\u017eenosti stresu, kako za zaposlene, tako i za poslodavce.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da li je stres na poslu neizbe\u017ean u dana\u0161nje vreme?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eStres je generalno neizostavna stavka u \u017eivotu. Reakcije na fizi\u010dki i mentalni stres su najbolji na\u010din na koji nam priroda garantuje da mo\u017eemo da pre\u017eivimo u prete\u0107em okru\u017eenju ili da ispunimo izazovnu obavezu kada je to potrebno.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tako\u0111e, svaki posao nosi odre\u0111ene stresne elemente, \u010dak i ako volite ono \u0161to radite. Kratkotrajna izlo\u017eenost stresu zapravo mo\u017ee biti veoma korisna. Akutni stres pove\u0107ava Va\u0161u produktivnost. Mo\u017eete osetiti pritisak prilikom pripremanja neke prezentacije, ugovaranja posla ili ispunjenja rokova i u takvim slu\u010dajevima, kratkotrajni stres \u0107e Vam uvek pomo\u0107i. Me\u0111utim, kada stres izazvan poslom postane hroni\u010dan, gotovo uvek je \u0161tetan i po fizi\u010dko i po emotivno zdravlje. \u201e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0160ta u\u010desnici mogu da o\u010dekuju od Va\u0161e prezentacije i radionice koja \u0107e se odr\u017eati u Beogradu?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eU\u010desnici \u0107e nau\u010diti kako da prepoznaju razlike izme\u0111u korisnog stresa (\u201eeustress\u201c) i \u0161tetnog, hroni\u010dnog stresa koji je opasan po zdravlje (\u201edistress\u201c)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shvati\u0107e kako da prepoznaju svakodnevne stresove, da identifikuju rizike i na\u010dine na koje mogu upravljati stresom, a sve u cilju optimalne otpornosti. Pri\u0107a\u0107emo i o temama koje treba obraditi ukoliko \u017eelimo da istovremeno osiguramo li\u010dno zdravlje i funkcionalno radno okru\u017eenje. To uklju\u010duje najbolje na\u010dine na koje se \u010doveku mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i na svakodnevnom putu ka fiziolo\u0161kom i mentalnom oporavku, kvalitetnom snu i hormonskoj i neurolo\u0161koj ravnote\u017ei. Tako\u0111e \u0107emo se dota\u0107i i aktuelnih tema multitaskinga i saznati vi\u0161e o tome na koji na\u010din mi mo\u017eemo podr\u017eati na\u0161 mozak u cilju optimalnog kognitivnog funkcionisanja u digitalnom svetu koji nosi puno izazova.
