U godini kada Poslovi.Infostud proslavljaju 15 godina svog postojanja, opravdano mogu da istaknu da znaju, a i danas oslu\u0161kuju potrebe poslodavaca. Koncept konferencije osmi\u0161ljen je tako da prati trendove i da se o njima pri\u010da, ali kroz razmenu konkretnih iskustava. \u201c<strong>Cilj je da svi poslodavci po\u010dnu sistemski da rade sa ljudima, da ih slu\u0161aju, \u010dine zadovoljnima i da tako celo tr\u017ei\u0161te rada poku\u0161amo da promenimo na bolje<\/strong>\u201c, istakla je\u00a0<strong>Sonja \u0106etkovi\u0107<\/strong>, direktor Poslovi Infostud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marija Desivojevi\u0107 Cvetkovi\u0107<\/strong>\u00a0, vi\u0161i potpredsednik za strategiju i razvoj u kompaniji Delta Holding, istakla je tokom svoje prezentacije da najvi\u0161e vrednuje i po\u0161tuje ljude koji rade u HR-u, i smatra da neke zapadne kompanije ne gre\u0161e kada isti\u010du da je HR direktor zapravo drugi \u010dovek kompanije. Termin \u201cWork and Life Balance\u201d o kojem se sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e pri\u010da zapravo je ne\u0161to \u0161to je korporativni svet izmislio pre 20-ak godina. Su\u0161tina je da su posao koji radimo i, ono \u0161to nazivamo privatan \u017eivot, objedinjeni, isprepleteni i da se nesmetano dopunjuju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jaymes Chapman<\/strong>, glavni \u010dovek za akviziciju talenata kompanije Nordeus, rekao je da je izazov privu\u0107i talente iz inostranstva u Srbiju. Na\u0161a zemlja je tr\u017ei\u0161te koje se razvija i u tom smislu mo\u017ee dosta toga da ponudi potencijalnim kandidatima kao i samim zaposlenima. Najbolji na\u010din da se to ostvari su vrednosti koje kompanija neguje u svom kolektivu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maja Nedu\u010di\u0107<\/strong>\u00a0, CTO u kompaniji Vega IT Sourcing, navela je da su individualni razgovori sa kolegama ne\u0161to \u0161to se neguje u kontinuitetu, jer kroz tu vrstu interakcije mo\u017eemo me\u0111usobno bolje da se upoznamo i gradimo odnose.<\/p>\n<p>Dobar\u00a0<strong>Employer Branding<\/strong>\u00a0je proces koji po\u010dinje jo\u0161 u trenutku procesa selekcije kandidata, jer njihovo iskustvo sa razgovora za posao u mnogome mo\u017ee uticati na stvaranje dobre ili lo\u0161e slike u javnosti o samim kompanijama. Od mnogobrojnih kompanija koje su se prijavile da prezentuju svoje HR prakse, stru\u010dni \u017eiri je odabrao predstavnike iz 5 kompanija koji su prisutnima predstavili svoje projekte. Prakse su obuhvatale otklju\u010davanje liderskog potencijala u kompaniji (\u017daklina Teofilovi\u0107), automatizaciju HR procesa u distribuciji i logisti\u010dkim uslugama (Jelena Kalini\u0107), motivaciji developera da se eksponiraju (Biljana Raki\u0107), talent scholarship programima(Jelena Ponamarev, Milica Rajkovi\u0107) i kako posti\u0107i zadovoljstvo poslom (Sonja Bun\u010di\u0107).<\/p>\n<p>Nakon izlo\u017eenih prezentacija, publika je glasala za najbolje a pobednicima su uru\u010dene nagrade. Najvi\u0161e glasova je osvojila HR pri\u010da koja dolazi iz kompanije Levi9, drugo mesto je pripalo NELT-u, a tre\u0107e Execom kompaniji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dejv Ulrih<\/strong>, World HR expert, koji je svojom prezentacijom zatvorio prvi \u201cHR Experience\u201d, smatra da je digitalizacija ovog sektora neophodna jer svetska tr\u017ei\u0161ta diktiraju uvo\u0111enje novih trendova. A oni govore da se napu\u0161ta stari na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja o HR-u kao takvom i da se novi koncept bazira na samom biznisu. Cilj je ispitati \u0161ta je sve neophodno uraditi da bi poslovanje bilo bolje. Na taj na\u010din se doprinosi vrednost zaposlenima, kompanijama, investitorima, celokupnoj zajednici i kupcima kao krajnjim potro\u0161a\u010dima.
