Na\u0161a prestonica imala je veliku \u010dast i zadovoljstvo da ugosti velikog stru\u010dnjaka i govornika koji se smatra \u201cocem modernog HR-a\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoge industrije do\u017eivljavaju digitalnu transformaciju, od medicine, proizvodnje i obrazovnog sistema do finansijskih usluga i sveta zabave. Kao pripadnik elite vode\u0107ih top 10 kreativnih ljudi u HR-u, Dejv smatra da je digitalizacija ovog sektora neophodna jer svetska tr\u017ei\u0161ta diktiraju uvo\u0111enje novih trendova. A oni govore da se napu\u0161ta stari na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja o HR-u kao takvom i da se novi koncept bazira na celokupnom poslovanju. \u201cFokus treba usmeriti na otkrivanje krajnjeg cilja koji kompanije imaju kako bi se uspostavio konstruktivni HR sistem koji \u0107e omogu\u0107iti da se to i ostvari\u201d, navodi Dejv. Dakle, su\u0161tina je ispitati \u0161ta je sve neophodno uraditi i \u0161ta sve HR mo\u017ee da uradi u cilju postizanja rezultata i boljeg poslovanja kompanija.<\/p>\n<p>Druga bitna stvar se vezuje za osobinu koja se kratko i jasno zove slu\u0161anje. Ako se pitate kakve to ima veze sa HR-om, i te kako ima. Slu\u0161anje ne zna\u010di da ste vi razumeli drugu osobu, ve\u0107 da ta druga osoba shvati da ste je vi razumeli. Tako se grade zdravi odnosi i me\u0111usobno poverenje. Na primer, kako se kupci odlu\u010duju da kupe neku uslugu ili proizvod? Jednostavno. Ako dobijaju odre\u0111enu vrednost onda \u0107e njihova kupovina biti lojalna. Isto se mo\u017ee primeniti i na proces regrutacije talenata jer kompanije \u017eele da ih talenti ne biraju nasumi\u010dno ve\u0107 strate\u0161ki i na na\u010din kao \u0161to to rade sami kupci prilikom kupovine. HR razmi\u0161lja da li imamo dobre vrednosti, uverenja i norme, da li imamo odgovaraju\u0107e zaposlene, talente, ve\u0161tine i kompetencije, da li imamo dobru organizaciju odnosno tim za postizanje zacrtanog. Su\u0161tina je u tri klju\u010dna segmenta: talenat, organizacija i liderstvo.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da svega 15-20% \u010dini talenat a sve ostalo je sistem. Snaga je u timu. Jasno je da pove\u0107anjem talenata raste i produktivnost, bolja usluga prema korisnicima i bolji rezultati. Tako kompanije napreduju u organizaciji i privla\u010denju novih ljudi kojima se pru\u017ea dobro radno okru\u017eenje i fleksibilnost u radu. A \u0161ta zaposleni mogu da imaju od toga? Razgovor sa njima uvek otkriva \u0161ta je to \u0161to oni \u017eele. Da pomognu ljudima da nau\u010de koje ve\u0161tine su im potrebne i da im pru\u017ee to predivno iskustvo.<\/p>\n<p>Koja je onda uloga digitalizacije HR-a u svemu ovome? Cilj kompanija je da pobe\u0111uju na tr\u017ei\u0161tu, a da bi to radile potrebne su im digitalne informacije do kojih dolaze uz pomo\u0107 alata. Ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija, roboti, cloud tehnologije, IoT, social media samo su neki od alata koji daju pristup digitalnim informacijama koje su od zna\u010daja za poslovanje.<\/p>\n<p>Iako mogu da imaju veliki uticaj, treba imati u vidu da ljudski faktor i dalje ima zna\u010dajnu ulogu i da su ve\u0161tine va\u017ene. Primera radi, \u010dinjenica je da ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i pri selekciji kandidata ali ne mo\u017ee sa sigurno\u0161\u0107u da ka\u017ee koji od njih bi se najbolje uklopio u odre\u0111enu radnu poziciju.
