D\u017eejms je zadu\u017een za akviziciju talenata u nezavisnom gejming studiju, najpoznatijem po razvoju najuspe\u0161nije sportske igrice Top Eleven. Svoje bogato iskustvo iz prethodnih kompanija (Coca-Cola, Huawei, Accenture) u kojima je radio, preneo je u Nordeus i pomogao im da razviju program akvizicije talenata kako bi bili uvereni da kompanija zapo\u0161ljava, ali i zadr\u017eava najbolje talente kako iz Beograda, tako i iz celog sveta.<\/p>\n<p>Nordeus je osnovan 2010. godine i broji preko 170 zaposlenih koji dolaze iz 20 razli\u010ditih zemalja. D\u017eejmsov glavni zadatak je da prona\u0111e i obezbedi kompaniji najbolje kandidate iz celog sveta u cilju razvoja i napretka Nordeusa. Ka\u017ee da je i sam pro\u0161ao seriju intervjua i odlu\u010dio se na ovaj korak jer su se njegova i kompanijska vizija, vrednosti, i organizacija me\u0111usobno poklapali.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna od najva\u017enijih stvari koju je otkrio su vrednosti koje kompanija daje. Da bi obezbedili najbolje kandidate, najpre su zapo\u010deli komunikaciju sa zaposlenima \u2013 iznutra. Za\u0161to im se dopada da rade u kompaniji, u \u010demu najvi\u0161e u\u017eivaju i sa kim najvi\u0161e vole da rade, samo su neka od pitanja koje su bile teme unapre\u0111enja rada. Na taj na\u010din su promenili mindset i razvili pristup koji je mnogo prisniji prema zaposlenima. Razumevanje ljudi koji su ve\u0107 u kompanijama, njihovih potreba i njih samih kao osoba je jedini ispravan put koji \u0107e u\u010diniti da se dobar glas o vama kao poslodavcu \u0161iri u javnosti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUvek mo\u017eete implementirati nove strategije i nove programe koji \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da se bolje pove\u017eete sa talentovanim ljudima\u201d, naveo je D\u017eejms. On priznaje da se u Nordeusu upoznao sa metodologijama koje nikada ranije nije imao prilike da vidi. Njegovo iskustvo o celokupnom procesu regrutacije vezuje se za to koliko liderstvo mo\u017ee biti dostupno. Svima je omogu\u0107eno da u\u010dustvuju zajedno na projektima, bilo da su developeri, analiti\u010dari ili oni iz softverskog ili gejming sektora. Kompanija nosi epitet \u201cFamily Friendly\u201d jer zapo\u0161ljava i anga\u017euje ljude koji dolaze sa svojim porodicama. Prema istra\u017eivanjima preko 62% ljudi napusti svoj posao ve\u0107 u prvih 12 meseci iz razloga \u0161to kompanije koje ih anga\u017euju nemaju implementirane adekvatne programe koji bi obuhvatili razli\u010dite kulture i organizacije u cilju adaptacije zaposlenih i njihovih porodica u novoj sredini.<\/p>\n<p>U tom smislu, Nordeus kroz svoj program edukacije nudi kompletnu podr\u0161ku za \u010dlanove porodica kako bi se \u0161to br\u017ee, lak\u0161e i bezbolnije uklopili u lifestyle i nepoznato okru\u017eenje u Srbiji. D\u017eejms smatra da mo\u017eete biti najtalentovaniji na svetu, ali ako va\u0161a porodica nije sre\u0107na ne mo\u017eete ni vi da budete. To onda lo\u0161e uti\u010de na va\u0161 rad i produktivnost i dovodi do \u010dinjenice da odustanete. Ako bar malo mo\u017eemo da pomerimo granicu u tom smeru, u\u010dini\u0107emo ve\u0107u povezanost sa tim porodicama \u0161to \u0107e za posledicu imati pozitivan uticaj na individue koje \u0107e direktno doprinositi radu i razvoju kompanije.<\/p>\n<p>Zaklju\u010dak je da svaka kompanija treba da se osloni na svoju unutra\u0161nju snagu i ima vi\u0161e hrabrosti kada je preuzimanje rizika i privla\u010denje talenata u pitanju. Izgradnja odnosa kroz svakodnevne aktivnosti je klju\u010dna. Na pitanje kako privu\u0107i talente iz inostranstva i zadr\u017eati ih u svojim redovima, D\u017eejms je objasnio kroz \u010dinjenice. Srbija kao zemlja je tr\u017ei\u0161te koje se razvija i u tom smislu mo\u017ee dosta toga da ponudi potencijalnim kandidatima kao i samim zaposlenima. Najbolji na\u010din da se to ostvari su vrednosti koje kompanija neguje u svom kolektivu. Nezavisnost, sloboda, raznolikost i fleksibilnost u radu je ne\u0161to \u010dime Nordeus mo\u017ee da se pohvali.
