Sa ponosom ka\u017ee da je prona\u0161la ono \u0161to je oduvek \u017eelela da radi \u2013 da zajedno sa kolegama \u010dini svaki dan ugodnijim i boljim za sve \u010dlanove tima i da zajedno grade kulturu koja podsti\u010de razli\u010ditost, pravo na gre\u0161ku i pravovremeni feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Kompanija iz koje dolazi osnovana je pre 10 godina sa vizijom da stvore sre\u0107an i uspe\u0161an biznis, \u010diji \u0107e uspeh koristiti kako bi zajednicu i svet oko sebe u\u010dinili boljim mestom za \u017eivot. U tom smislu, 2015. godine postaju partneri sa kompanijom Woohoo Inc. iz Kopenhagena koja aktivno istra\u017euje i bavi se sre\u0107om na poslu.<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi se odr\u017eao ili podigao kvalitet rada u poslovanju svaka kompanija bi trebalo da ima zaposlene koji su odgovorni, ispunjeni i koji \u0107e raditi kao tim. \u201cTo se posti\u017ee samo ako imate poverenja u njih\u201d, objasnila je Maja. Postoje dve osnovne stvari koje direktno uti\u010du na sre\u0107u na poslu \u2013 rezultati koji se posti\u017eu i me\u0111uljudski odnosi sa kolegama.<\/p>\n<p>Pre svega toga, treba napraviti razliku izme\u0111u zadovoljstva poslom i sre\u0107om na poslu, u \u010demu ljudi obi\u010dno gre\u0161e. Zadovoljstvo poslom je ono \u0161to mislimo o poslu, a sre\u0107a na poslu je ono \u0161to ose\u0107amo prema poslu. U cilju postizanja sre\u0107e uvek mogu da se uvedu aktivnosti koje onda kao lavina obi\u010dno kre\u0107u od jedne do druge kancelarije pa do celog sektora a potom i na nivou cele kompanije. To se najpre zapo\u010dinje individualnom komunikacijom sa zaposlenima: kako se ose\u0107aju, kako im je dok rade na projektima, da li su dobili dovoljno povratnih informacija o svom radu, da li bi voleli da rade na nekim novim tehnologijama, da li misle da kompanija ula\u017ee dovoljno sredstava kako bi se profesionalno razvijali i sl.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-4833-683x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-4833-683x1024-1.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-4833-683x1024-1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/>U Vega IT-u su uveli nove inovativne aktivnosti u cilju postizanja sre\u0107e i zadovoljstva zaposlenih na poslu. U tom smislu, prva mera koju su sproveli je prelazak sa \u201cVi\u201d na \u201cTi\u201d. To u mnogome olak\u0161ava komunikaciju i \u010dini radnu klimu mnogo prijatnijom. U znak zahvalnosti za u\u010dinjeno dobro delo, u kompaniji se zaposlenima dodeljuju totemi na 24h po \u010demu su postali prepoznatljivi. Nakon toga totem \u0107e pre\u0107i u druge ruke onoj osobi koja je u\u010dinila neko drugo dobro delo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost inspiring act of kindness\u201d je jo\u0161 jedan vid zahvalnosti. U pitanju je titula koja se dodeljuje u svakom kalendarskom mesecu nekom od kolega nakon anonimnog glasanja u kojem u\u010destvuje ceo kolektiv. Tradicija je da uvek treba veli\u010dati dobra dela a ne samo osobe kao pojedince koji su ta dela napravili.<\/p>\n<p>Kroz interakciju sa zaposlenima organizuju kvizove, interne radionice i predavanja tipa \u201cKnowledge sharing\u201d, poklanjaju teglice sa ru\u010dno ispisanim ro\u0111endanskim \u010destitkama, pa \u010dak organizuju i roditeljske sastanke. Ovaj doga\u0111aj nosi posebnu vrednost jer zaposleni tog dana dolaze na posao sa roditeljima i \u010dlanovima svojih porodica kako bi bolje upoznali ambijent i kolektivom u kojem rade njihovi najbli\u017ei. Jo\u0161 jedna od mera koje su uveli jeste feedback putem anketa koje kolege daju jedni drugima. Na taj na\u010din zaposleni mogu da saznaju da li smetaju kolegama na bilo koji na\u010din, da li svojim pona\u0161anjem rade ne\u0161to \u0161to njima ne prija i da li odgovorno rade svoj posao.<\/p>\n<p>Maja je istakla da u kompaniji uvek odgovaraju na svaki upit kandidata. Kod njih se proces selekcije sastoji od izrade zadataka nakon kojih kandidati dobijaju povratne informacije. Ta praksa se odnosi na sve \u2013 \u010dak i one koji nisu pro\u0161li. Trenutno su u fazi uvo\u0111enja jo\u0161 jedne novine koja \u0107e ugledati svetlost dana na njihovom zvani\u010dnom sajtu u okviru stranice Career Page.
