Odgovorna je za kreiranje poslovne strategije kompanije i za upravljanje projektima od strate\u0161kog zna\u010daja za kompaniju. Osim toga, ona je odgovorna za celokupno me\u0111unarodno poslovanje i me\u0111unarodne odnose Delta Holdinga. Pokriva sektore za strategiju i razvoj, informacionih tehnologija, HR-a i korporativnih komunikacija. Osim toga je i\u00a0majka dvoje dece, pasionirani trka\u010d, triatlonka i nosilac titule Ironman.<\/p>\n<p>Na HR Experience konferenciji pri\u010dala je kako prona\u0107i pravi balans, i uspeti u tome, izme\u0111u onoga \u0161to radite i onoga \u0161to nazivamo privatnim \u017eivotom. Ona isti\u010de da najvi\u0161e vrednuje i po\u0161tuje ljude koji rade u HR-u, i smatra da neke zapadne kompanije ne gre\u0161e kada isti\u010du da je HR direktor zapravo drugi \u010dovek kompanije. Termin \u00a0\u201cWork and Life Balance\u201d o kojem se sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e pri\u010da zapravo je ne\u0161to \u0161to je korporativni svet izmislio u poslednjih 20-ak godina.<\/p>\n<p>u 21. veku koncept \u201cWork and Life Balance\u201d se \u010desto tuma\u010di na razne na\u010dine. \u201cNekako implicira da se posao i \u017eivot \u201cmrze\u201d i da su to dva suprostavljena koncepta koji smetaju jedan drugom. Da ljudi koji su uspe\u0161ni u svom poslu i mnogo rade kao cenu pla\u0107aju lo\u0161 \u017eivot, raspad porodica, nepostojanje prijatelja i sl.\u201d, istakla je ona.<\/p>\n<p>Po njenom mi\u0161ljenju, su\u0161tina je da su uspe\u0161ni ljudi oni koji su sre\u0107ni i imaju ure\u0111eni \u017eivot. Posao koji radimo i ono \u0161to nazivamo privatan \u017eivot su objedinjeni, isprepleteni i nesmetano se dopunjuju. I da se u svakom delu dana uklapaju sve obaveze koje su nam va\u017ene.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je posao u pitanju, besmislica je sedeti u kancelariji do kasnih ve\u010dernjih sati o\u010dekivaju\u0107i da \u0107e se na taj na\u010din zavr\u0161iti ve\u0107i obim posla ili pak zato \u0161to druge kolege odlu\u010de da ne idu ku\u0107i. To ukazuje na mogu\u0107i problem u organizaciji i sposobnostima. Nepotrebno je zadr\u017eavati ljude u radnom prostoru ako su oni profesionalni i ve\u0161ti da poslovne obaveze zavr\u0161e za mnogo kra\u0107e vreme. Preostale trenutke tokom dana uvek mogu da iskoriste za nove ideje.<\/p>\n<p>Postoje odre\u0111ene ve\u0161tine koje su individualno va\u017ene a slu\u017ee nam da bolje sinhronizujemo sve \u017eivotne aktivnosti:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-184\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-4697-683x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-4697-683x1024-1.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-4697-683x1024-1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/>Upornost i samodisciplina su odlike velikih u uspe\u0161nih lidera. Te osobine vam omogu\u0107uju da zaista postignete sve. Istina je da se \u017eivot sastoji iz prepreka, ali razlika izme\u0111u uspe\u0161nih i onih koji to nisu ogleda se u tome da uspe\u0161ni, bez obzira na okolnosti, uvek urade ono \u0161to je neophodno, a neuspe\u0161ni uvek prona\u0111u izgovor da to isto ne urade.<\/p>\n<p>Naredna ve\u0161tina odnosi se na sposobnost fokusa i odre\u0111ivanje jasnih prioriteta. To iziskuje vrhunsku organizaciju vremena za koju u nekom periodu \u017eivota i nismo svesni da je imamo. Sa godinama, kako se broj obaveza pove\u0107ava, postajemo mudriji i sposobniji da bolje kreiramo svoje prioritete, nau\u010dimo da ka\u017eemo NE i organizujemo aktivnosti na na\u010din da ih sve zavr\u0161imo u jednom danu.<\/p>\n<p>Proces u\u010denja odnosno znanje je od velike va\u017enosti. Spoznaja o tome koliko u stvari malo znamo daje prostor da svakoga dana u kontinuitetu u\u010dimo neke nove stvari zbog kojih postajemo bolji. Dokaz za to su i poslovni modeli koji su se nekada menjali na svakih 20 ili 10 godina, dok se danas ta norma prakti\u010dno menja na svakih godinu dana. Ako na tom polju ne napredujemo, vrlo brzo \u0107e nas pregaziti i vreme i konkurencija. Dobri lideri moraju da poznaju i prate trendove modernih tehnologija, IT-a i HR-a jer samo tako mogu da sagledaju svoje performanse i poslovanje kompanije.<\/p>\n<p>Vizija ili svest o tome gde \u017eelimo da budemo je jo\u0161 jedna odlika uspe\u0161nih. Ako svoju li\u010dnu viziju mo\u017eemo da preto\u010dimo u onu koju kompanija ima i podelimo je sa kolegama, sasvim je sigurno da \u0107e biti onih koji nas pratiti na tom putu do uspeha.<\/p>\n<p>Nijedan \u017eivotni ili profesionalni uspeh ne mo\u017ee da se postigne bez tima i timskog rada. Mnoge kompanije se hvale kako imaju najbolje vizije, sisteme i finansijske sposobnosti, ali sve to je uzaludno ako nemaju prave ljude koji bi to sve izneli na pravi na\u010din i ostvarili ciljeve.<\/p>\n<p>Odraz svake kompanije su ljudi i njihove vrednosti. Od osobe lako mo\u017eete napraviti stru\u010dnjaka ali jako te\u0161ko dobrog \u010doveka. Marija vodi i program \u201cMladi Lideri\u201d koji kompaniji u kojoj radi obezbe\u0111uje nove kandidate direktno sa fakulteta. Svrha ovog programa je upravo integracija mladih i dobrih ljudi od kojih mo\u017eete napraviti stru\u010dnjake. Za razliku od onih koji ve\u0107 dolaze kao formirane li\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Sve prethodno navedeno dovodi do rezultata. Iako je to razlog za slavlje, ipak je najve\u0107a nagrada za postignuto zapravo mogu\u0107nost da motivi\u0161ete ljude iz okru\u017eenja i poka\u017eete im da je sve mogu\u0107e.
