Cilj njenog predavanja je da podu\u010di ljude na koje sve na\u010dine mogu da prepoznaju znake i simptome stresa na poslu i u \u017eivotu. Da uka\u017ee na brojne posledice koje mogu da budu \u0161tetne po na\u0161e zdravlje tokom dugotrajne izlo\u017eenosti stresu i koje korake mo\u017eemo preduzeti kako bi upravljali istim.<\/p>\n<p>Ona je protivnik multitaskinga za koji smatra da lo\u0161e uti\u010de na produktivnost, izaziva poreme\u0107aj fokusa i stres, a s druge strane je opet i ve\u0161tina koju ve\u0107ina poslodavaca o\u010dekuje od svojih zaposlenih. S jedne strane svesni smo da to nije dobro, a opet sa druge se to tra\u017ei od nas. Kako se izboriti sa tim i kako definisati stanje stresa u kojem se na\u0161e telo nalazi, Mia je objasnila kroz procese koji se odvijaju u na\u0161em organizmu.<\/p>\n<p>Pre svega moramo definisati stres. Manifestacije poput poreme\u0107aja spavanja, nesanica, stoma\u010dni problemi, hroni\u010dni umor, povi\u0161en krvni pritisak, kreativne blokade i sr\u010dani problemi vezuju se za stres. Ukratko, definicija stresa bi bila poku\u0161aj organizma da u \u0161to kra\u0107em roku pretvori na\u0161e telo u super junaka. Samo 10 minuta svakodnevnog izlaganja stresu mo\u017ee biti pogubno za na\u0161e zdravlje. Zato ostatak dana treba iskoristiti za oporavak i uspostavljanje normalnog balansa u organizmu. \u010citavih 13 minuta je potrebno da se normalizuju procesi u na\u0161em telu, ali to je veliki izazov s obzirom da, sa zavr\u0161etkom radnog vremena ili izlaganja neprijatnom iskustvu, ne prestaje eksponiranost stresu. Jer i nakon toga u\u017eurbano zavr\u0161avamo ostale dnevne obaveze \u0161to nam ne ostavlja prostora za oporavak.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-180\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-5392.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-5392.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-5392-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-5392-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-5392-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ANDREJNIHIL-5392-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/>Mia je objasnila da stres nepovoljno uti\u010de na balans hormona. Nedostatak kortizola u organizmu je karakteristi\u010dna pojava te da bi se njegov nivo izbalansirao dodatno se crpe mu\u0161ki i \u017eenski polni hormoni \u0161to se onda lo\u0161e odra\u017eava na seksualni \u017eivot ljudi i nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Na \u0161ta onda obratiti pa\u017enju i kako se za\u0161tititi u u\u017eurbanoj svakodnevnici, Mia obja\u0161njava kroz 5 klju\u010dnih stvari:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Li\u0161avanje na\u0161ih \u010dula \u2013 iluminacija odre\u0111enih ure\u0111aja (mobilni telefoni, monitori i sl.) i svetla grada uti\u010du na na\u0161 ritam i kvalitet sna. Tako\u0111e i buka. Zvuk ja\u010dine do 55 dB ne smeta organizmu i nije \u0161tetan, ali sve preko toga (kancelarije otvorenog tipa, restorani, saobra\u0107aj, gra\u0111evinske ma\u0161ine, preglasna muzika) nas ugro\u017eava.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jedna od opcija je boravak u ti\u0161ini i posmatranje blanko bele povr\u0161ine bez da radite bilo \u0161ta drugo. Tako se podsti\u010de reprodukcija sivih \u0107elija u hipokampusu a samim tim i oporavlja organizam. Zdravstvo ve\u0107 sada prepoznaje te\u017einu ovih problema i ti\u0161ina \u0107e biti glavna tema kojom \u0107e se baviti zdravstveni sistemi u skorijoj budu\u0107nosti. Ono \u0161to medicina potvr\u0111uje kao pozitivan impakt na organizam je osloba\u0111anje oksitocina kao posledica fizi\u010dkog kontakta sa drugim osobama. To nas umiruje, poma\u017ee kod spavanja i deluje suprotno od stresa.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\u201cIsklju\u010dite\u201d mozak \u2013 organizam daje signale da \u0161to smo vi\u0161e izlo\u017eeni stresu to ga na\u0161e telo tra\u017ei jo\u0161 vi\u0161e. Vremenom po\u010dinje da nam smeta sve ono \u0161to nam ranije nije smetalo. Delovi mozga poput amigdala, hipokampusa i frontalnog dela \u0161alju odre\u0111ene signale telu kada smo izlo\u017eeni negativnim uticajima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Klju\u010d je u monotaskingu jer je na\u0161 mozak po prirodi pode\u0161en da fokus usmeri na svaki zadatak pojedina\u010dno. To se posti\u017ee raznim ve\u017ebama: tehnikama disanja, meditacijom, jogom, tai chi-jem \u0161to dovodi do pozitivnih promena u mozgu ve\u0107 nakon 8 nedelja.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Oslobodite oksitocin \u2013 hormon koji na telo deluje suprotno stresu. Umiruje nas i pozitivno uti\u010de na kvalitet sna. Naziva se jo\u0161 i hormon \u201cpovezivanja\u201d jer se lu\u010di kada na\u0161a ko\u017ea oseti fizi\u010dki kontakt (grljenje, ljubljenje, topla kupka).<\/li>\n<li>Ve\u017ebajte empatiju \u2013 istra\u017eivanja i \u010dasopisi se sla\u017eu da je ova ve\u0161tina najva\u017eniji sastojak u poslovnom svetu kada je upravljanje u pitanju. Ljudi se \u010desto preopterete poslom te zaboravljaju da rade sa kolegama koje imaju emocije i da ponekad svojim pona\u0161anjem negativno uti\u010du na okru\u017eenje. Potrudite se vi\u0161e i pozitivno uti\u010dite na okolinu kako na poslu tako i kod ku\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Koristite svoj akutni stres \u2013 stres je u osnovi dobar ukoliko je kratkoro\u010dan i na\u0161e telo se odmah oporavi nakon toga.
