Da li su i u kojoj meri kompanije svesne da su zapravo njihovi zaposleni najbolji ambasadori, bile su samo neke od tema ove panel diskusije.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiti dobar poslodavac zna\u010di biti poslodavac gde ljudi \u017eele da do\u0111u, gde \u017eele \u0161to du\u017ee da ostanu i daju svoj maksimalni doprinos. I to se posti\u017ee isklju\u010divo u radu sa zaposlenima\u201d, objasnila je Sonja \u0106etkovi\u0107, direktor Poslovi.Infostud. Predstavnica NIS-a dodala je jo\u0161 da je dobar poslodavac i onaj koji uspe da razvije empatiju prema svojim zaposlenima, odnosno poslodavac koji uspe da napravi ambijent u kojem \u0107e najve\u0107i broj zaposlenih mo\u0107i da zadovolje svoje dominantne potrebe, bilo da je to novac, razvoj, pripadnost kompaniji ili mo\u017eda me\u0111uljudski odnosi.<\/p>\n<p>Na pitanje za\u0161to jedna kompanija \u017eeli da bude dobar poslodavac, Natalija Pe\u0161i\u0107 iz VIP Mobile-a dala je interesantan odgovor. Ona smatra da svaka kompanija \u017eeli da ima poverenje kod svojih krajnjih korisnika usluga ili proizvoda. Va\u017eno je kakva su njihova iskustva i kako oni do\u017eivljavaju tu kompaniju. A da bi se na tom polju ostvario uspeh, kompanija pre svega treba da ima izgra\u0111eno poverenje prema zaposlenima. Jedno bez drugog ne mo\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>U\u010desnice panela slo\u017eile su se da kompaniju \u010dine kvalitetni i vredni ljudi i da poslodavac postaje dobar odnosno najbolji u onoj meri u kojoj uspe da izgradi zdrave odnose sa zaposlenima. \u017divimo u vreme kada je osnovna svrha korporativnog sveta profit, i u tom smislu je poslodavcima stalo da privuku najbolje kandidate koji \u0107e se razvijati, biti zadovoljni i praviti dobre rezultate. A dobri rezultati donose profit kompaniji. Prema nekim istra\u017eivanjima \u010dak preko 60% kandidata koji imaju lo\u0161e iskustvo tokom intervjua ili ne\u0107e preporu\u010diti tu kompaniju drugima ili ne\u0107e vi\u0161e nikada konkurisati za rad u njoj. Na neki na\u010din oni su predambasadori koji pri\u010daju o vama kao poslodavcu.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje sajta Poslovi.Infostud pokazalo je da su zaposlenima na prvom mestu po va\u017enosti me\u0111uljudski odnosi i komunikacija na radnom mestu, odnos menad\u017ementa prema zaposlenima, prilike za usavr\u0161avanje pa tek onda siguran posao i zarada koju mogu da ostvare. Nekada je lista ovih prioriteta izgledala druga\u010dije, ali danas \u017eivimo u vremenu generacijskih promena kada se sve menja i primat preuzimaju milenijalci, koji \u0107e do 2025. godine \u010diniti 75% radno sposobnog stanovni\u0161tva, objasnila je Milka Negrovi\u0107 iz kompanije Homepage.<\/p>\n<p>Podaci su pokazali i da je svega 20% ispitanika, mahom ni\u017ee obrazovanih i onih u poznijim godinama, glasalo za rad u dr\u017eavnim kompanijama \u0161to definitivno ukazuje na opadanje interesovanja za rad u ovom sektoru. Kad sve to uzmemo u obzir jasno je da Employer Branding treba spustiti i pribli\u017eiti \u0161to ni\u017ee do nivoa zaposlenih jer se na taj na\u010din interno gradi branding kompanija koji potom vodi do onog drugog \u2013 eksternog.<\/p>\n<p>Zaklju\u010dak panela je da razvoj Employer Brandinga po\u010dinje unutar samih kompanija i ide ka izgradnji imid\u017ea istih u javnosti.
