Govorio je o novim trendovima i primeni socijalne mre\u017ee i socijalne fizike u HR-u.<\/p>\n<p>Pod pojmom socijalne mre\u017ee ne misli se na one poput Facebook-a, LinkedIn-a i Tweeter-a i u \u0161irem kontekstu digitalnih mre\u017ea, nego se misli na bilo koju vrstu mre\u017ee. Ona mo\u017ee a i ne mora da bude digitalna. Mre\u017ee oblikujemo sami, svakodnevno smo delovi raznih mre\u017ea, i mi odlu\u010dujemo sa kojim i koliko osoba \u0107emo se povezati. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da se ve\u0107ina mre\u017ea smanjuje kako starimo i da se one same po sebi razlikuju kod osoba sa visokim obrazovanjem i onih koji recimo nisu zavr\u0161ili ni srednju \u0161kolu.<\/p>\n<p>Ljudi naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e opona\u0161aju svoje prijatelje, \u010dlanove porodica i osobe iz bliskog okru\u017eenja pod \u010dijim smo uticajem. Na taj na\u010din dolazi do me\u0111usobnog umre\u017eavanja, me\u0111utim Robert zastupa mi\u0161ljenje da mre\u017ee kao takve imaju \u201csvoj \u017eivot\u201d odnosno kolektivnu inteligenciju. U dana\u0161nje vreme, postoji nekoliko metoda kako se analiziraju mre\u017ee. Najkompleksnija je analiza socijalne mre\u017ee (Social Network Analysis) koja pokazuje me\u0111usobnu povezanost \u010dvorova i gde se nalazi uticaj unutar mre\u017ee. Na taj na\u010din mo\u017ee se otkriti socijalni potencijal svakog \u010dvora koji\u00a0 mo\u017ee a i ne mora primeniti uticaj na okolinu. Ovo se mo\u017ee objasniti na primeru osobe koja prekida radni odnos u kompaniji i to svoje nezadovoljstvo prenosi na svoje prijatelje. Sektor marketinga potom razmi\u0161lja koga od njegovih prijatelja treba targetirati kako se lo\u0161 glas o kompaniji ne bi \u0161irio dalje.<\/p>\n<p>Kako se ovaj princip mo\u017ee integrisati u HR, Robert je objasnio kroz primer jedne analize koja pokazuje da ljudi koji imaju veliki socijalni kapital br\u017ee pronalaze bolje poslove, sa ve\u0107om verovatno\u0161\u0107u bivaju unapre\u0111eni i mnogo vi\u0161e osna\u017euju performanse svojih timova. To zna\u010di da treba zapo\u0161ljavati ljude sa najboljim mre\u017eama i integrisati i njih i njihove mre\u017ee u vrednosni lanac kompanija. Detaljna merenja odvijaju se u realnom vremenu a dobijeni rezultati pokazuju ko sve mo\u017ee biti lider u nastajanju, koji ljudi treba da dobiju otkaz a ko su oni koje treba unaprediti, kako se \u0161iri nerofmalna mre\u017ea znanja, kome se zaposleni obra\u0107aju za savete itd.<\/p>\n<p>Dalja nadgradnja ove analize ogleda se u primeni Big Data u HR-u, komunikacionim mre\u017eama i socijalnoj fizici kao kvantitativnoj dru\u0161tvenoj nauci. Ono \u0161to je va\u017eno za HR ti\u010de se termina Social Network Assembly \u0161to zna\u010di da je podsticaj na odnos ljudi daleko bolji u odnosu na podsticaj same osobe. Na jednostavnom primeru bi to izgledalo ovako: ako imate osobu koja ve\u017eba i aktivna je a pritom ima 2 prijatelja u vidu podr\u0161ke, podsticaj se odnosio na te osobe a ne onu koja je ve\u017ebala. Izmerena u\u010dinkovitost u tom slu\u010daju bila je 4 puta ve\u0107a u odnosu na podsticaj osoba koje su ve\u017ebale.<\/p>\n<p>Dobijeni rezultati u socijalnoj fizici mogu pomo\u0107i u merenju energije i produktivnosti (na koji na\u010din \u010dlan tima doprinosti timu), mogu meriti kako \u010dlanovi tima komuniciraju unutar tima i kako komuniciraju timovi me\u0111usobno. Kroz ovakvu interakciju pove\u0107avali su interno znanje jedni drugima, povezanost a zabele\u017eeno je i smanjenje nesporazuma i stresa. Svi parametri pokazuju da se ovako unapre\u0111uju ambijent poslovanja, tr\u017ei\u0161ta i ve\u0161tine pojedinaca, \u0161to pozitivno mo\u017ee uticati na podatke koji govore da \u0107e do 2020. godine najpo\u017eeljnije ve\u0161tine biti kreativnost i re\u0161avanje konfliktnih situacija.
