U 21. veku svedoci smo kako svet digitalizacije ulazi u \u010detvrtu industrijsku revoluciju \u2013 spajanje ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije, neuronauke, IoT (Internet of things) i \u201ebig data\u201c u fuziju razvoja koju je te\u0161ko u potpunosti razumeti. U pore\u0111enju sa tim, ljudsko telo i um napreduju brzinom pu\u017ea, tako da se postavlja pitanje kako \u0107emo nau\u010diti da se nosimo sa takvim tempom promena. Verujem da mindfulness praksa u tom procesu igra veoma va\u017enu ulogu. Primenom njenih tehnika mogu\u0107e je umiriti i unaprediti um kako bi bio u stanju da iza\u0111e na kraj sa turbulentno\u0161\u0107u sveta u kojem \u017eivimo. Ovo je va\u017eno u radnom okru\u017eenju jer je vo\u0111enje ra\u010duna o sebi i svojim zaposlenim od vitalnog zna\u010daja za kompaniju kako bi mogla da funkcioni\u0161e na najbolji mogu\u0107i na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Koje su prednosti mindfulness prakse za kompanije?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za kompanije postaje sve ve\u0107i izazov da kod svojih zaposlenih odr\u017ee optimalnu anga\u017eovanost i produktivnost. Neki delovi mindfulness obuke u\u010de na\u0161 um da napravi pauzu, da se oslobodi diskurzivnih misaonih obrazaca i do\u0111e do prirodnog stanja mira. Opse\u017ena nau\u010dna istra\u017eivanja pokazala su da to zapravo menja strukturu mozga. Iz tih razloga se mindfulness obuka sve vi\u0161e primenjuje u radnim okru\u017eenjima. Prednosti mindfulness obuke ogledaju u slede\u0107im rezultatima:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jasniji fokus i pobolj\u0161ana koncentracija tokom rada<\/li>\n<li>Pobolj\u0161anje sposobnosti da ostanete mirni i pribrani u stresnim situacijama<\/li>\n<li>Zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161ani odnosi unutar timova<\/li>\n<li>Ve\u0107e prihvatanje radne situacije i ve\u0107e zadovoljstvo poslom<\/li>\n<li>Pobolj\u0161ana kreativnost i jasnije dono\u0161enje odluka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Kako mentalna uravnote<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u017eenost<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0poma\u017ee visoko uspe\u0161nim timovima?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brojni menad\u017ement analiti\u010dari vide emocionalnu inteligenciju i empatiju kao podjednako va\u017ean pokazatelj uspeha lidera kao i funkcionalnu stru\u010dnost. Ovo stanovi\u0161te dodatno je utemeljeno istra\u017eivanjem uspeha virtuelnih timova koje je tako\u0111e pokazalo va\u017enost dru\u0161tvenog povezivanja i komunikacije za uspeh u okviru modernog timskog rada.<\/p>\n<p>Mnogi istra\u017eiva\u010di su identifikovali mindfulness praksu kao jedan od najdelotvornijih alata za razvoj emocionalne inteligencije. Negovanje emocionalne inteligencije i empatije je prirodan proces koji zahteva samosvest i izo\u0161trenu percepciju. Program Search Inside Yourself (SIY), razvijen od strane Google-a, usredsre\u0111en je na kori\u0161\u0107enje svesne pa\u017enje (mindfulness) u cilju razvijanja emocionalne inteligencije u\u010desnika. Ovaj kurs je bio toliko popularan u Google-u da je i dalje aktuelan i Google je dopustio programerima da ga odvoje kao poseban entitet.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness, kreativnost i re\u0161avanje problema \u2013 Nakon uspe\u0161nih proba, Intel je objavio da nudi devetonedeljnu mindfulness obuku za svih svojih 100.000 zaposlenih \u0161irom sveta. Jedan od klju\u010dnih razloga za\u0161to je Intel doneo takvu odluku bilo je iskustvo u vezi sa primenom mindfulness tehnika u re\u0161avanju problema:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eObuka je bila veoma prakti\u010dna. Poku\u0161ali smo da omogu\u0107imo be\u017ei\u010dnu tehnologiju za vPro koju su ljudi smatrali nemogu\u0107om. To je bio in\u017eenjerski problem za \u010dije re\u0161avanje bi nam bilo potrebno nekoliko nedelja ili meseci, ali po\u0161to smo se usredsredili i primenili mindfulness tehnike koje smo nau\u010dili \u2013 isklju\u010dili smo sve smetnje kao \u0161to su instant poruke i Outlook \u2013 do\u0161li smo do re\u0161enje u toku dva dvo\u010dasovna bloka.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Izvor: Intel Free Press<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To iskustvo potvr\u0111uju i istra\u017eivanja neuronau\u010dnika \u2013 mogu\u0107nost spoznaje je \u010desto ugu\u0161ena prevelikom \u201ebukom\u201c u mozgu. Moramo biti u stanju da umirimo svoj um i da negujemo unutra\u0161nji mir kako bismo do\u0161li do novih spoznaja \u2013 \u0161to zapravo predstavlja nove veze u neuronskim mre\u017eama. Na taj na\u010din mindfulness obuka tako\u0111e pru\u017ea podr\u0161ku za re\u0161avanje problema, \u0161to je posebno va\u017eno prilikom re\u0161avanja problema koji uklju\u010duju vi\u0161e interesnih strana.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u0160ta \u0107e u\u010desnici konferencije \u201eHR Experience\u201c imati priliku da \u010duju na va\u0161em predavanju?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tema je kontekstualizacija va\u017enosti dobrobiti zaposlenih u modernom svetu i op\u0161te shvatanja onoga \u0161to se zapravo podrazumeva pod dobrobiti \u2013 a to nije besplatno vo\u0107e i pla\u0107ena masa\u017ea!
