Odgovorna je za razvoj poslovanja, koordinaciju timova razvojnih projekata i marketinga, odnose sa klijentima, finansijsko planiranje i superviziju rada sektora. Kao project manager odgovorna je za dizajn projekata, strate\u0161ko i operativno planiranje, implementaciju, monitoring i evaluaciju.<\/p>\n<p>Kroz dugogodi\u0161nje iskustvo rada sa poslodavcima, kandidatima, preduzetnicima, te brojnim organizacijama iz javnog i privatnog sektora, stekla je detaljno poznavanje tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada i ekspertizu u podru\u010dju kreiranja poslova, zapo\u0161ljavanja, razvoja ve\u0161tina i preduzetni\u0161tva. Bavi se istra\u017eivanjima i analizama tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada, te je izme\u0111u ostalog zadu\u017eena i za analizu podataka portala Posao.ba o ponudi i potra\u017enji poslova na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada BiH i inostranstvu.<\/p>\n<p>Bila je anga\u017eovana kao konsultant za razvoj partnerstva izme\u0111u javnih i privatnih pru\u017eaoca usluga posredovanja u zapo\u0161ljavanju, konsultant za razvoj obuka i razvoj malih biznisa te mentor za start-upe.<\/p>\n<p>Pre nego \u0161to je preuzela poziciju \u0161efa sektora razvoja i projekata, Nermana je nekoliko godina bila marketing manager portala Posao.ba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U medijima se moglo pro\u010ditati da je BiH tre\u0107a zemlja po nezaposlenosti u svetu, zatim ove godine da se stopa nezaposlenosti smanjila. Kakva je zaista situacija u BiH kada je nezaposlenost u pitanju?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Stopa nezaposlenosti u BiH krajem 2018. iznosila je 18,4% (prema anketi) i ona se \u010detvrtu godinu zaredom smanjuje. Registrovana nezaposlenost je ne\u0161to drugo i tu su cifre mnogo ve\u0107e (oko 34% je registrovana nezaposlenost) tako da izvori koji navode da je BiH tre\u0107a po nezaposlenost u svetu zapravo gledaju registrovanu stopu nezaposlenosti. I u jednom i drugom slu\u010daju, me\u0111u najve\u0107im je u Evropi i predstavlja najve\u0107i problem bh. ekonomije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Navodi se tako\u0111e da je za smanjenje nezaposlenosti zapravo zaslu\u017ean odlazak radnika i to najvi\u0161e u Nema\u010dku?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Kombinacija faktora je dovela do smanjenja nezaposlenosti i anketne i registrovane: odlazak ljudi u strane zemlje, brisanje sa evidencije nezaposlenih, neaktivnost stanovni\u0161tva itd. Broj novih radnih mesta zapravo se neznatno pove\u0107ava. Situacija koju zvani\u010dne institucije \u017eele da prika\u017eu \u2013 ekonomski rast i smanjenje nezaposlenosti \u2013\u00a0 zapravo nije realna. Odlazak radnika je najaktuelnija tema medija u BiH trenutno. Mi na to upozoravamo unazad tri godine jer primetimo da potra\u017enja a i interes za oglase iz inostranstva enormno raste. Javnost je tek sad spoznala te\u017einu problema jer \u010ditavi gradovi nestaju, ali oni koji bi trebali ne\u0161to da urade, jo\u0161 uvek \u0107ute. Kakav uticaj \u0107e to imati na cijelo bh dru\u0161tvo tek \u0107e se videti.<\/p>\n<p>Zemlje koje najvi\u0161e tra\u017ee radnike iz BiH su Hrvatska, Slovenija i Njema\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koji to profili radnika najvi\u0161e odlaze u inostranstvo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Najvi\u0161e odlaze oni radnici koje inostranstvo najvi\u0161e tra\u017ei a to su: gra\u0111evinski, transportni, proizvodni, ugostiteljski, zdravstveni radnici ali i in\u017eenjeri ma\u0161instva, elektrotehnike i informatike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koliko se tr\u017ei\u0161te rada izmenilo pod uticajem digitalizacije? Da li je vi\u0161e poslova u IT sektoru, da li su potrebne prekvalifikacije ili novi obrazovni profili?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 IT sektor raste, ali digitalizacija u ostalim sektorima je jako spora. Mali je broj kompanija svestan uticaja digitalizacije, a za one koji jesu i koji su pokrenuli proces digitalne transformacije najve\u0107i izazov je radna snaga, ne tehnologija. Koji profili i koje digitalne ve\u0161tine, kako ih prona\u0107i i graditi, pitanje je na koje niko u BiH trenutno nema odgovor.
