
{"id":148,"date":"2019-05-06T16:46:36","date_gmt":"2019-05-06T14:46:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/?p=148"},"modified":"2021-11-03T08:45:01","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T07:45:01","slug":"nemojte-ulagati-samo-u-tehnologije-ulazite-u-ljude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/vesti\/nemojte-ulagati-samo-u-tehnologije-ulazite-u-ljude\/","title":{"rendered":"Nemojte ulagati samo u tehnologije, ula\u017eite u ljude"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u010ce\u0161ka ima najni\u017eu stopu nezaposlenosti u EU u poslednjih nekoliko godina. \u0160ta je uticalo na takav rezultat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kao prvo, imamo kvalifikovanu i ujedno relativno jeftinu radnu snagu. Jedan od mojih kolega to opisuje slede\u0107im re\u010dima: \u201eImamo nema\u010dke kompetencije i \u010de\u0161ke plate.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Nakon kreditne krize 2008. godine i po\u010detkom ove decenije, od 2010. do 2014. godine, i \u010de\u0161ke i strane investicione kompanije ostale su racionalne. Tokom tog perioda realni dohodak se zapravo smanjio. Nezaposlenost nije brzo rasla i najve\u0107a stopa nezaposlenosti je bila u januaru 2014. godine sa 8,6%. Ova stopa nezaposlenosti jednaka je standardnoj stopi, na primer, u Francuskoj.<\/p>\n<p>Za strane kompanije je bilo, i u velikoj meri jo\u0161 uvek jeste, jeftinije da zadr\u017ee zaposlene ovde u \u010ce\u0161koj nego na primer u Nema\u010dkoj, Austriji i \u0160vajcarskoj. U osnovi, u \u010ce\u0161koj su jo\u0161 uvek ni\u017ei tro\u0161kovi u pore\u0111enju sa bogatim evropskim zemljama koje su u poslednjih 10 godina morale ponovo ulagati u svoje zaposlene.<\/p>\n<p>Jednostavno se odu\u017eujemo investitorima. U pore\u0111enju sa EU prosekom, BDP po glavi stanovnika iznosi 93% (prema paritetu kupovne mo\u0107i) i ljudi dobijaju 65% dohotka (prema paritetu kupovne mo\u0107i) u Republici \u010ce\u0161koj. U Nema\u010dkoj te brojke iznose 115% odnosno 121%.<\/p>\n<p>Kao drugo, mi smo zemlja sa najve\u0107im brojem radnih mesta u sekundarnoj, tj. proizvo\u0111a\u010dkoj industriji u EU. U proizvodnji je zaposleno 42% ljudi. Da biste imali konkretniju sliku, u Republici \u010ce\u0161koj ima ukupno 4,4 miliona zaposlenih, oko 200 hiljada privatnih preduzetnika i ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od 700 hiljada samozaposlenih.<\/p>\n<p>Kao tre\u0107e, postajemo sve stariji i u narednom periodu deficit radne snage \u0107e biti jo\u0161 ve\u0107i. U pore\u0111enju sa starosnom grupom starijih od 40 godina, u starosnoj grupi ljudi do 30 godina ima izme\u0111u 30-50% manje zaposlenih.<\/p>\n<p>Kratkoro\u010dno gledano, to su faktori koji su pomogli ekonomski rast, a time i smanjenju nivoa nezaposlenosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U medijima mo\u017eemo pro\u010ditati da \u010ce\u0161ka ima problem sa vi\u0161kom slobodnih radnih mesta. Kako se taj problem mo\u017ee re\u0161iti?<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Krenimo od brojki kako bismo bolje ilustrovali situaciju. Po\u010detkom 2019. godine u \u010ce\u0161koj je bilo 400 hiljada otvorenih radnih mesta i 240 hiljada nezaposlenih, \u0161to je najve\u0107a razmera u Europi. \u00a0Gde prona\u0107i radnike?\u00a0Kao prvo, za kompanije postoje unutra\u0161nji izvori. \u017dene, \u017eene na porodiljskom odsustvu, \u017eene koje brinu o svojim ekonomski neaktivnim roditeljima i rodbini. Te \u017eene su bukvalno potisnute sa tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada. Ako dr\u017eava obezbedi usluge koje \u0107e osloboditi \u017eene ovih obaveza, one bi opet mogle postati vrednost za kompanije. U \u010ce\u0161koj u proseku ima 96% zaposlenih mu\u0161karaca i 70% zaposlenih \u017eena. U susednoj Nema\u010dkoj ima 10% vi\u0161e zaposlenih \u017eena zahvaljuju\u0107i politici zapo\u0161ljavanja sa skra\u0107enim radnim vremenom. Samo 7% radne snage u \u010ce\u0161koj je zaposleno na mestima sa skra\u0107enim radnim vremenom, naspram 25% u Nema\u010dkoj i vi\u0161e od 33% u Holandiji, koje imaju vrhunsku ekonomiju u pogledu fleksibilnog radnog vremena. \u00a0Kao drugo, \u0161to se ti\u010de ni\u017ee kvalifikovanih radnika, ve\u0107ina kompanija \u017eeljno o\u010dekuje migrante iz Ukrajine. Postoji 140 hiljada registrovanih Ukrajinaca, a mi mo\u017eemo anga\u017eovati 50 hiljada svake godine. U tome svakako poma\u017ee to \u0161to smo slovenska zemlja i \u0161to imamo zajedni\u010dku istoriju s obzirom na to da je zapadni deo Ukrajine (Zakarpatska oblast) ulazio u sastav \u010cehoslova\u010dke od 1919. do 1939. godine.\u00a0Kao tre\u0107e, va\u017eno je raditi sa ljudima kojima kompanije raspola\u017eu. U\u010dinite ih produktivnijim, ulo\u017eite u njih. Nemojte ulagati samo u tehnologije, ula\u017eite u ljude.\u00a0Kompletna proizvo\u0111a\u010dka industrija koju sam spomenuo trenutno se nalazi na raskrsnici. Po\u010dnite da ula\u017eete u ljude i raspore\u0111ujte ih na poslove sa ve\u0107om dodatom vredno\u0161\u0107u. Ako to ne u\u010dinimo, primarna proizvodnja sa najve\u0107om dodatom vredno\u0161\u0107u osta\u0107e u domenu \u201erazvijenijih\u201c zemalja.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Mislite li da je potrebno uvesti promene u obrazovani sistem u skladu sa digitalnim trendovima i stvoriti novi obrazovni profil?<\/strong>\u00a0Borimo se sa tim. \u010ce\u0161ki obrazovni sistem je veoma lo\u0161. Na osnovu na\u0161ih anketa imamo povratnu informaciju od poslodavaca da kandidati ne poseduju odgovaraju\u0107e ve\u0161tine za nova radna mesta.To je bio jedan od razloga za\u0161to smo u LMC-u pokrenuli onlajn platformu za B2C i B2B tr\u017ei\u0161te pod nazivom Seduo.cz. To je ekvivalent sajtova Udemy.com ili Udacity.com u anglosaksonskim zemljama.\u00a0<strong>Da li pratite stanje u zemljama kao \u0161to su Srbija, Bosna i Hrvatska? Kakav savet biste mogli dati?<\/strong>\u00a0Stopa nezaposlenosti u Srbiji je iznad 10% i prili\u010dno je visoka u odnosu na ono na \u0161to smo navikli poslednjih godina u \u010ce\u0161koj.\u00a0<strong>Preporuke<\/strong>Jednostavno budite pristojna kompanija sa integritetom. To je ne\u0161to \u0161to sada mo\u017eda ne do\u017eivljavate kao hitno, ali \u0107e se sigurno isplatiti u budu\u0107nosti.\u00a0Fokusirajte se na stanje zaposlenih. Dajte im pristojne plate i, ako je mogu\u0107e, zanimljiv posao. Najgora situacija za nove potencijalne zaposlene jeste ukoliko je brendiranje vas kao poslodavca u suprotnosti sa na\u010dinom na koji trenutni zaposleni vide kompaniju. Ovo neslaganje prouzrokuje mnogo uzaludnih napora u procesu zapo\u0161ljavanja i zadr\u017eavanja zaposlenih.\u00a0<strong>Prakti\u010dni saveti<\/strong>Primenite takti\u010dan pristup prema ljudima i vodite ra\u010duna o me\u0111uljudskim odnosima. Jedna\u010dina je slede\u0107a: ako uspete da zadr\u017eite zanimljive ljude, bi\u0107e sve vi\u0161e jo\u0161 zanimljivijih i jo\u0161 produktivnijih ljudi u va\u0161im timovima i va\u0161oj kompaniji. Razlog tome je to \u0161to je svaka informacija javna i postoje \u010dak i servisi koji grade svoje poslovanje na toj transparentnosti kompanija, npr. Glassdoor.
