Od 2011. godine obavlja funkciju Direktora, usmeravaju\u0107i strate\u0161ki razvoj svih Infostudovih sajtova za zapo\u0161ljavanje vode\u0107i tim od 70 zaposlenih.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her time at Infostud, she has designed and led innovative and strategic projects, introducing new solutions to the job market and implementing various online systems and business tools aimed at enhancing recruitment and selection processes for Infostud\u2019s clients.<\/p>\n<p>She organizes and leads HR workshops and lectures on the labor market in Serbia, with one of her key professional goals being to create a positive impact on employment transparency and efficiency in the country.<\/p>\n<p>However, she considers her greatest achievement to be the smiling, dedicated, and highly efficient team with whom she successfully achieves both company and personal professional goals.<\/p>\n<p>Sonja \u0106etkovi\u0107 \u0107e, osim na otvaranju, govoriti i u panelu \u201cTr\u017ei\u0161te rada u regionu\u201d, a sa njom smo razgovarali u susret drugom \u201cHR Experince\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drugu godinu zaredom sajt Poslovi.Infostud organizuje okupljane HR stru\u010dnjaka \u201cHR Experience\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Kako se do\u0161lo na ideju da se o trendovima u HR-u diskutuje na jednom ovakvom okupljanju i \u0161ta je<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>zapravo cilj?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Cilj nam je bio da napravimo druga\u010diju konferenciju od onih koje postoje na na\u0161em tr\u017ei\u0161tu, da kreiramo \u010dvori\u0161te konkretnih upotrebljivih ideja i iskustava, ali i mesto gde \u0107e se sastajati HR zajednica i promovisati dobre prakse iz kompanija, a ne promovisati same kompanije. \u017delja nam je da HR konferencije u\u010dinimo skalabilnim i stvorimo vrednost, a ko \u0107e to bolje uraditi od onih koji su spojnica poslodavaca i kandidata? ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koliko ste zadovoljni pro\u0161logodi\u0161njim okupljanjem i kakve su reakcije u\u010desnika?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pro\u0161logodi\u0161nji HR Experience je bio vrlo uspe\u0161an, a povratne reakcije u\u010desnika su nadma\u0161ile sva na\u0161a o\u010dekivanja. Otuda i odluka da organizujemo konferenciju i ove godine, a organizova\u0107emo je i u narednim. Mene posebno raduje \u0161to smo kroz dosada\u0161nji rad izgradili poverenje na\u0161ih klijenata, koji su pred prvi HR Experience verovali da \u0107emo i na, za nas novom projektu organizacije konferencije, odr\u017eati visok standard kvaliteta, pa smo imali zaista dobar odziv. A raduje me jo\u0161 vi\u0161e \u0161to smo opravdali jo\u0161 jednom to poverenje koje su nam ukazali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ta je fokus ovogodi\u0161njeg \u201cHR Experience\u201d-a?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Kao i uvek, trudimo se da temom odgovorimo na najve\u0107e teku\u0107e probleme i realne izazove sa kojima se HR profesionalci susre\u0107u svakog dana. Ove godine govorimo o deficitu na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada Srbije, alatima i dobrim praksama kojim mo\u017eemo da, i u ovim novim uslovima nedostatka kadrova iz mnogih oblasti, privu\u010demo kvalitetne zaposlene, ali praksama kojim mo\u017eemo da ih zadr\u017eimo. U uslovima rastu\u0107eg deficita radnika, identifikovanje brenda poslodavca preuzima presto u univerzumu regrutacije. EVP (Employee Value Proposition) je jedinstveni set vrednosti, programa, nagrada i beneficija za zaposlene koje dokazuju posve\u0107enost organizacije ljudima i razvoju menad\u017ementa i sna\u017eno uti\u010du na nadr\u017eavanje talenata i zaposlenih uop\u0161te. EVP indirektno simboli\u0161e duh, misiju i kulturu kompanije, a upravo jak EVP jeste temelj jakog brenda koji privla\u010di kvalitetne ljude. Atraktivna i vrlo aktuelna tema kojoj \u0107emo posvetiti pa\u017enju na ovogodi\u0161njoj konferenciji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I ove godine govori\u0107e stru\u010dnjaci iz inostranstva. Koliko je va\u017eno pratiti HR trendove koji dolaze iz<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>sveta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Va\u017eno je kombinovati sva dostupna znanja \u2013 kako velike svetske trendove tako i lokalne uspe\u0161ne prakse. Trendovi iz ostatka sveta mogu da nam pomognu da predupredimo probleme, da lak\u0161e pro\u0111emo kroz odre\u0111ene izazove, da u\u010dimo na tu\u0111im gre\u0161kama. Da nam sistematizuju ono \u0161to se de\u0161ava oko nas i ponude neka re\u0161enja. Srbija je u poziciji da privredno, pa i sa aspekta tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada, kaska za razvijenim zamljama, pa uvek imamo vremena da \u201cna vreme\u201d uo\u010dimo nadolaze\u0107i trend i ve\u0107 u\u010dimo iz reakcija onih zemalja i kompanija koje su kroz istu situaciju pro\u0161le pre nas. Istovremeno, va\u017eno je i da pri pra\u0107enju trendova oslu\u0161kujemo stanje na doma\u0107em tr\u017ei\u0161tu i da prilago\u0111avamo sva ta znanja iz sveta na\u0161im uslovima, na\u0161oj situaciji, da od svega uzmemo ono \u0161to nama zaista treba i odgovara, a ne da slepo pratimo svetske trendove. Zato HR Experience kombinuje svetske trendove sa analizom stanja i potreba na\u0161eg tr\u017ei\u0161ta i doma\u0107im uspe\u0161nim praksama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cinjenica je da mnoge kompanije u Srbiji i dalje nemaju HR sektore, \u010desto te poslove obavljaju<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>zaposleni koji se ve\u0107 bave i nekim drugim sli\u010dnim ili potpuno razli\u010ditim poslovima. Kome je \u201cHR<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Experience\u201d namenjen, da li su to samo HR stru\u010dnjaci?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Namenjen je svima onima koji bar donekle razumeju da se uspeh u poslovanju posti\u017ee kroz ljude. I oni, kao i HR profesionalci, mo\u0107i \u0107e da \u010duju mnogo konkretnih i prakti\u010dnih primera i da steknu i razmene znanja koja \u0107e im pomo\u0107i da lak\u0161e privuku i zadr\u017ee kvalitetne zaposlene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Osim na otvaranju, govori\u0107ete i u panelu \u201cTr\u017ei\u0161te rada u regionu\u201d. Koliko je tr\u017ei\u0161te rada u zemljama<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>regiona sli\u010dno i ima iste ili sli\u010dne probleme?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Svedoci smo velih migracija stanovni\u0161tva, odnosno radne snage, ne samo ovde u Srbiji, ve\u0107 i u ostatku regiona i Evrope. Na panelu \u0107emo pokriti makroekonomske aspekte migracije radne snage, poku\u0161ati da damo neke odgovore ili predloge, jer je svaka od \u010detiri dr\u017eave (Srbija, Hrvatska, BiH i \u010ce\u0161ka) koje \u0107e imati predstavnike na panelu, u svojoj specifi\u010dnoj fazi i nema sumnje da mo\u017eemo da u\u010dimo jedni od drugih.
