Za razliku od pro\u0161le godine, organizatori konferencije Poslovi.Infostud, ovoga puta su obezbedili jo\u0161 bogatiji i sadr\u017eajniji program koji je obuhvatio teme kako na lokalnom, tako i na regionalnom i globalnom nivou. \u00a0Kroz interaktivni koncept renomirani u\u010desnici-predava\u010di animirali su posetioce i u direktnoj komunikaciji sa njima davali konkretna re\u0161enja na primerima iz prakse.<\/p>\n<p>Uvodni govor odr\u017eala je\u00a0<strong>Sonja \u0106etkovi\u0107<\/strong>\u00a0direktorka Poslovi.Infostud, poku\u0161avaju\u0107i da uka\u017ee na velike promene i probleme na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada koje se de\u0161avaju usled talasa migracija stanovni\u0161tva. Podizanje svesti o problemu odliva, ne samo obrazovanih ljudi, i brzo prilago\u0111avanje trenutnoj situaciji mogli bi da obezbede benefite zaposlenima, kompanijama i \u010ditavom dru\u0161tvu. To je ujedno bila i najava za panel diskusiju sa temom \u201c<strong>Tr\u017ei\u0161te rada u regionu<\/strong>\u201d u kojem su, pored Sonje, u\u010destvovali i\u00a0<strong>Nermana Ajanovi\u0107<\/strong>, \u0161ef razvoja i marketinga\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/posao.ba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/posao.ba&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1559638746891000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFG97HbbqvnKZH_ELDMjaDOwDeBsQ\">posao.ba<\/a>\u00a0iz Bosne i Hercegovine,\u00a0<strong>Igor \u017donja<\/strong>, direktor\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/moj-posao.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/moj-posao.net&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1559638746891000&amp;usg=AFQjCNF3w7wnnMQqBHEvjXEaGkXh0LDuGg\">moj-posao.net<\/a>\u00a0iz Hrvatske i\u00a0<strong>Leo\u0161 \u010cern\u00fd<\/strong>\u00a0\u0161ef razvoja\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.prace.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.prace.cz&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1559638746891000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG4uPQzmP7-PFMfiJaQzz7XEEA0-A\">www.prace.cz<\/a>\u00a0iz \u010ce\u0161ke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Max Blumberg<\/strong>, osniva\u010d Blumberg Partnership, jedne od top 50 konsultantskih agencija specijalizovana za analitiku radne snage i prodaje, kroz svoju prezentaciju predstavio je sistem poznat kao\u00a0<strong>\u201cPeople Analytics\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0koji kompanijama mogu pomo\u0107i u proceni predvi\u0111anja napretka zaposlenih i novozaposlenih. Model predikcije uz odre\u0111ene faktore mo\u017ee da determini\u0161e nivo uspe\u0161nosti kandidata koji apliciraju za razli\u010dite radne pozicije. Na ovaj na\u010din HR sektor znatno unapre\u0111uje proces zapo\u0161ljavanja a kod analize zaposlenih \u010dini ceo proces isplativim za ko<\/p>\n<p>mpanije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Viktor Bartenjev<\/strong>, koji radi na poziciji direktora sektora za regrutaciju, selekciju i brend poslodavca u kompaniji NIS Gazprom Neft Srbija, govorio je na temu\u00a0<strong>izgradnje i unapre\u0111enja korporativne kulture koja je temelj za EVP<\/strong>\u00a0(Employee Value Proposition). Na primeru samog NIS-a predstavio je strategiju koju su definisali unutar tima i krenuli put njene realizacije.<\/p>\n<p>Na konferenciji se nastavlja tradicija\u00a0<strong>uspe\u0161nih HR pri\u010da<\/strong>\u00a0sa ciljem promocije dobrih praksi koje vode do lak\u0161eg zaposlenja. Od mnogobrojnih kompanija koje su se prijavile, stru\u010dni \u017eiri je odabrao predstavnike iz 5 kompanija koji su posetiocima predstavili svoje projekte. Predstavljene su slede\u0107e prakse:\u00a0<strong>Next Generation Internship<\/strong>\u00a0(Sofija Nikoli\u0107),\u00a0<strong>Challenge Direct Media<\/strong>\u00a0(Ivana Mihajlovi\u0107),\u00a0<strong>Pro\u010ditao\/la sam blog<\/strong>\u00a0(Predrag Spasojevi\u0107),\u00a0<strong>Lean i uloga HR-a<\/strong>\u00a0(\u017daklina Teofilovi\u0107, Marina Atanasoski) i\u00a0<strong>Family Friendly Tim<\/strong>\u00a0(Bojana Topalovi\u0107).<\/p>\n<p>Nakon predstavljenih projekata, pobednicima su, po glasanju publike, uru\u010dene nagrade. Najvi\u0161e glasova osvojila je HR pri\u010da koja dolazi iz kompanije\u00a0<strong>VIP Mobile<\/strong>, drugo mesto je pripalo\u00a0<strong>Hooloovoo<\/strong>, a tre\u0107e\u00a0<strong>30Hills<\/strong>\u00a0kompaniji.<\/p>\n<p>HR Experience je ugostio jo\u0161 jednog stru\u010dnjaka. U pitanju je predstavnik iz Holandije,\u00a0<strong>Tom Haak<\/strong>\u00a0koji je stekao veliko iskustvo rade\u0107i sa kompanijama Phillips, KPMG, AON i Arcadis, da bi potom rad nastavio na poziciji direktora presti\u017ene institucije \u2013 HR Trend Institute. Kroz klju\u010dne ta\u010dke u svojoj prezentaciji predstavio je\u00a0<strong>trendove u akviziciji talenata<\/strong>, koliko je personalizacija zaposlenih\/korisnika bitna, da su brzina u pru\u017eanju usluga neke kompanije i iskustvo korisnika koji koriste tu uslugu od velike va\u017enosti za izgradnju dobrog imid\u017ea. \u010cinjenica je da kandidati sve vi\u0161e tra\u017ee poslove koji imaju svrhu i da zaposleni na visokim pozicijama treba da razmi\u0161ljaju o tome. Ono u \u010demu jo\u0161 uvek mnoge firme imaju pote\u0161ko\u0107a je da aktivnosti na poslu u\u010dine zabavnim te bi na taj na\u010din pozitivno uticali na zaposlene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bruce Greenhalgh<\/strong>, renomirani i priznati ekspert koji trenutno radi kao globalni klini\u010dki lider u zdravstvu British Telecoma, podelio je svoja iskustva na temu op\u0161teg dobra zaposlenih. Termin\u00a0<strong>Wellbeing<\/strong>\u00a0koji se sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e upotrebljava odnosi se upravu na taj segment. On smatra da usled brzog tempa i promena u na\u0161em okru\u017eenju, kompanije imaju sve ve\u0107i izazov da kod svojih zaposlenih odr\u017ee optimalnu produktivnost. Re\u0161enje je\u00a0<strong>Mindfulness<\/strong>, ve\u017eba koja um prirodno dovodi u stanje mira \u010dime se dugoro\u010dno ostvaruju brojni benefiti.
