Pro\u0161le godine\u00a0<strong>ovaj pilot projekat pokrenut je istovremeno sa HR Experience konferencijom<\/strong>\u00a0u nameri da se obezbedi prostor HR stru\u010dnjacima da me\u0111usobno dele odre\u0111ena prakti\u010dna znanja u upravljanju ljudskim resursima. Sasvim je sigurno da \u0107e ovaj\u00a0<strong>projekat do\u017eiveti ekspanziju u godinama koje predstoje<\/strong>, jer postignuti rezultati pokazuju da vlada veliko interesovanje kako kompanija tako i pojedinaca. Kada se sve sumira, evidentno je da ovakva inicijativa ve\u0107 sada ima veliki uticaj na svetliji razvoj na\u0161eg tr\u017ei\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p>I ove godine mnogobrojne kompanije su se prijavile da predstave svoje HR prakse, a stru\u010dni \u017eiri koga su \u010dinili Sonja Bun\u010di\u0107 (Levi9) koja je u 2018.godini ponela titulu najbolje HR prakse, Vladimir Damnjanovi\u0107 (Continental) i Sonja Jovanovi\u0107 (Ernst&amp;Young) odabrali su\u00a0<strong>pet najboljih projekata koji su prezentovani stru\u010dnoj HR javnosti<\/strong>. Zlatna petorka predstavila je novi model prakse za budu\u0107i razvoj inovacija (Sofija NIkoli\u0107 \u2013 30Hills), razvoj internog preduzetni\u0161tva kod zaposlenih (Ivana Mihajlovi\u0107 \u2013 Direct Media), regrutaciju HR kadrova kroz serijal stru\u010dnih blog tekstova (Predrag Spasojevi\u0107 \u2013 Hooloovoo), uvo\u0111enje Lean filozofije u organizaciju (\u017daklina Teofilovi\u0107, Marina Atanasoski \u2013 SR Technics) i podr\u017eavanje porodi\u010dnih vrednosti u kompaniji (Bojana Topalovi\u0107 \u2013 Vip Mobile).<\/p>\n<p>Po zavr\u0161etku prezentacija, publika sa\u010dinjena od HR stru\u010dnjaka iz doma\u0107ih kompanija glasala je za najbolje prakse, nakon \u010dega su pobednicima uru\u010dene nagrade. Prema broju osvojenih glasova prvo mesto je osvojila HR pri\u010da iz kompanije Vip Mobile, drugo mesto osvojio je Hooloovoo, a tre\u0107e 30Hills kompanija.<\/p>\n<p>Bojana Topalovi\u0107 je sa zadovoljstvom predstavila\u00a0<strong>Family and Friendly<\/strong>\u00a0inicijativu odnosno projekat kroz koji\u00a0<strong>Vip Mobile<\/strong>\u00a0podr\u017eava porodi\u010dne vrednosti u kompaniji putem konkretnih akcija \u010dime su stekli presti\u017eni Family Friendly Enterprise sertifikat. Osnovni postulat ove HR pri\u010de je da se zaposlenima stvore uslovi kojima bi bio omogu\u0107en balans izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota. Jer je njihovo zadovoljstvo su\u0161tinski preduslov za uspe\u0161no poslovanje kompanije. Formirani Family and Friendly tim kreirao je akcioni plan uvo\u0111enja pojedinih pogodnosti sa jasno definisanim na\u010dinom implementacije i vremenskih rokova. Prva mera koja je sprovedena odnosila se na fleksibilno radno vreme uz mogu\u0107nost da dva dana mese\u010dno zaposleni rade van prostorija kompanije. Uveden je i paket benefita za roditelje \u2013 mame koje se vra\u0107aju sa porodiljskog odsustva mogu da rade 4 sata dnevno po istim uslovima kao da ispunjavaju puno radno vreme, slobodni dani prilikom polaska dece u vrti\u0107 ili \u0161kolu,\u2026 Me\u0111u brojnim benefitima izdvajaju se jo\u0161 i pla\u0107eno ili nepla\u0107eno odsustvo, rekreativne aktivnosti, dru\u017eenja i sl kako bi se kolegama pru\u017eilo ono \u0161to im je najpotrebnije. Do potpune sertifikacije Vipu je preostalo jo\u0161 godinu i po dana i taj period \u0107e svakako iskoristiti za implementaciju novih pogodnosti.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-126\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/>Ispred kompanije\u00a0<strong>Hooloovoo<\/strong>, Predrag Spasojevi\u0107 je predstavio kreativno re\u0161enje u vidu kampanje\u00a0<strong>Pro\u010ditao\/la sam blog<\/strong>\u00a0koju su organozovali sa ciljem zapo\u0161ljavanja osoba u HR sektoru. Kroz niz blog tekstova iskoristili su priliku da svoje verne pratioce i fanove \u201cfiltriraju\u201d sa namerom da naprave selekciju i odaberu najbolje osobe za svoj HR tim. Ovim putem uspeli su da otkriju koji kandidati se u potpunosti identifikuju sa vrednostima kompanije i projektima na kojima rade. Analitika je pokazala da je 67 osoba pro\u010ditalo njihov blog, primili su preko 109 CV-a, a krajnji rezultat ogleda se zapo\u0161ljavanjem 5 novih kolega u HR-u. Kruna kampanje je i \u010dinjenica da za ovaj poduhvat nisu morali da anga\u017euju neku od agencija, spoljnog partnera niti da izdvajaju nov\u010dana sredstva. Ulo\u017eili su samo kreativnost i svoje vreme.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-127\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/>Sofija Nikoli\u0107 ispred\u00a0<strong>IT kompanije 30Hills<\/strong>\u00a0govorila je na temu prakse\u00a0<strong>Next Generation Internship<\/strong>\u00a0odnosno novog modela prakse za budu\u0107i razvoj inovacija. Projekat je razvijen u saradnji sa kompanijom Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) i namenjen je raznim profilima ljudi. Praksa traje tri meseca, formirani cross-funkcionalni tim radi na celom ciklusu proizvoda \u2013 od dokumentacije do produkcije, i odvija se pod budnim okom mentora iz obe kompanije. Na ovaj na\u010din kandidati sti\u010du razumevanje korporativne kulture i njihovih procesa u odnosu na StartUp okru\u017eenje. Oni u\u010destvuju u kreiranju i razvoju proizvoda, a statistika govori da oko 75% njih kasnije dobije i zaposlenje. Ono \u0161to ovu praksu \u010dini inovativnom je sam \u010din selekcije budu\u0107ih praktikanata koji se ogleda u njihovoj komunikaciji sa ChatBot-om Sofi. Odgovori na set pitanja koje je Sofi pripremila, kreiraju profil o samom kandidatu i ti podaci se sme\u0161taju u Excel gde 30Hills mo\u017ee brzo da ih obradi i suzi izbor na najbolje kandidate. Automatizovan sistem, po prolasku prvog kruga, kandidate dalje usmerava na polaganje testa nakon kojeg se zakazuje intervju u prostorijama kompanije. Prema Sofijinim re\u010dima uvo\u0111enje digitalizacije u proces selekcije vi\u0161estruko skra\u0107uje vreme obrade informacija pogotovo kada tokom trajanja konkursa pristigne stotine CV-a.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-128\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/3.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/3-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/3-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/3-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/>Predstavnica velikog medijskog sistema\u00a0<strong>Direct Media<\/strong>, Ivana Mihajlovi\u0107, iznela je detalje o projektu\u00a0<strong>Challenge Direct Media<\/strong>\u00a0koji je namenjen razvoju internog preduzetni\u0161tva kod zaposlenih zarad pospe\u0161ivanja usluga i na\u010dina rada u organizaciji. Kao kompanija koju 50% \u010dine milenijalci, kontekst izazova bio je da zaposleni kadar doprinese inovacijama u formiranju strategije biznis modela i tako bude preduzetnik u okviru mati\u010dne ku\u0107e. U saradnji sa StartUp zajednicom edukovali su zaposlene i definisali metodologije koje im mogu koristiti u poslovanju. Projekat je obuhvatao pokretanje platforme putem koje mo\u017ee da se prati dijagnostika problema i ponuda najboljeg re\u0161enja. Tako su timovi svoje predloge prosle\u0111ivali menad\u017ementu koji je odlu\u010divao \u0161ta \u0107e biti implementirano u sistem. Jedan od ciljeva je bio da ova inicijativa ne bude izolovana akcija ve\u0107 praksa koja \u0107e nastaviti uspe\u0161no da \u017eivi, a zaposleni su postali motivisaniji, samouvereniji i mnogo produktivniji.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-129\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/4.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/4-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/4-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/4-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/4-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/4-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/>Ove godine\u00a0<strong>SR Technics<\/strong>\u00a0je predstavio praksu isticanja klju\u010dne uloge HR-a u procesu sprovo\u0111enja promena uvo\u0111enjem\u00a0<strong>Lean filozofije<\/strong>\u00a0u organizaciju kroz odabir najuticajnijih osoba za sprovo\u0111enje promena. \u010cinjenica da \u010dak 70% kompanija ne sprovede promenu uspe\u0161no jer je zaposleni ne prihvataju na pravi na\u010din. To je podstaklo HR sektor ove kompanije da formira kriti\u010dnu masu, mre\u017eu Lean agenata promena, koji \u0107e pokrenuti i inspirisati ostatak organizacije ka uspe\u0161noj transformaciji. \u00a0\u017daklina i Marina su istakle da svega 4% zaposlenih koji su u kompaniji prepoznati kao inovatori, influenseri i lideri, imaju mo\u0107 da dopru do preostalih 70%. Njihova HR pri\u010da sastojala se u identifikovanju ovih osoba, te je od preko 300 odabrano 10 zaposlenih u svojstvu Lean agenata. Pristup kojim su se rukovodili vezuje se za\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/socijalne-mreze-i-socijalna-fizika-u-hr-u\/\">socijalne mre\u017ee i socijalnu fiziku<\/a>\u00a0o \u010demu je Robert Kopal govorio na pro\u0161logodi\u0161njoj konferenciji. SR Technics je obezbedio Lean treninge \u0161to je kandidatima omogu\u0107ilo upoznavanje sa odre\u0111enim alatima, bolje razumevanje ove filozofije kao i razvijanje kompetencija koje su neophodne za njeno uspe\u0161no sprovo\u0111enje.
