
{"id":1,"date":"2021-07-07T11:59:43","date_gmt":"2021-07-07T09:59:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/?p=1"},"modified":"2021-11-03T08:44:50","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T07:44:50","slug":"kompanija-umlaut-kulturne-arhitekte-na-zadatku-povezivanja-zaposlenih","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrexperience.rs\/en\/vesti\/kompanija-umlaut-kulturne-arhitekte-na-zadatku-povezivanja-zaposlenih\/","title":{"rendered":"Kompanija Umlaut: Kulturne arhitekte na zadatku povezivanja zaposlenih"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Me\u0111u pet najuspe\u0161nijih HR pri\u010da predstavljenih na\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrlab.rs\/hr-blog\/employer-branding\/hr-experience-jacajte-svoju-mrezu-kontakata-koliko-i-svoje-vestine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ovogodi\u0161njoj konferenciji HR Experience<\/a>, stru\u010dni \u017eiri je izabrao i pri\u010du \u201eCultural Architects\u201c kompanije Umlaut koju su predstavili Jelena Jevri\u0107 i Boban Pavlovi\u0107.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Jelena i Boban su zajedno na podijumu ispri\u010dali kako ih je pandemija COVID-19 podstakla da osna\u017ee zaposlene u Umlautu, vi\u0161e se pove\u017eu i oja\u010daju kulturu i identitet kompanije. To su \u010dinili kroz interni EB projekat koji se kontinuirano sprovodi od aprila 2020. godine.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 Usled novonastale situacije komunikacija i interakcija sa zaposlenima je morala da dobije novo ruho.<strong>\u00a0Na\u0161 moto kroz ceo ovaj period \u2013 Fizi\u010dka distanca bez dru\u0161tvene diskonekcije (Physical distance without social disconnection) \u017eiveli smo u praksi i to nam je pomoglo da se jo\u0161 bolje upoznamo i pove\u017eemo\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 rekla je Jelena Jevri\u0107.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Empatija i pripadanje<\/h2>\r\n<p>Projekat \u201cCultural Architects\u201d sadr\u017eao je razli\u010dite aktivnosti sa ciljem da odr\u017eimo dobru atmosferu i optimizam u timu, uputimo ljude jedni na druge, razvijaju\u0107i tehniku rezilijentnosti i stvaraju\u0107i okru\u017eenje empatije i pripadanja, rekli su Boban Pavlovi\u0107 i Jelena Jevri\u0107. Nova uloga HR-a jeste aktivno slu\u0161anje kroz koje mo\u017ee da se nau\u010di vi\u0161e o zaposlenom, defini\u0161u stvarne iskazane ili neiskazane pote\u0161ko\u0107e, smanji stres i ohrabri zaposleni, uka\u017ee da su me\u0111uzavisnost i poverenje neizostavni deo poslovanja, smatraju u Umlautu. Zbog toga su i oformili tim kulturnih arhitekata kojima je interna komunikacija osnovni fokus za razvijanje kulture kompanije.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kreirali su, izme\u0111u ostalog, lokalnu intranet stranicu koja sadr\u017ei dva glavna odeljka:<strong>\u00a0umlaut ljudi<\/strong>: odeljenja, odbor za zaposlene, novozaposleni, uputstva, upiti, slike i videi i odeljak\u00a0<strong>umlaut kultura<\/strong>: biblioteka, videi sa radionica i predavanja, leksikon, kuhinja, bioskop.<\/p>\r\n<p>Uz podr\u0161ku arhitekata kulture, fokusirali su se na transparentnu i \u010destu komunikaciju, kreirali Teams Home Office grupe, osim poslovnih i zdravstvenih saveta, razmenjivali su i \u0161ale i bili podr\u0161ka za privatne izazove s kojima su se zaposleni suo\u010davali.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013<strong>\u00a0Formalna komunikacija je bitna ali se kroz neformalnu komunikaciju kreiraju emocije<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 podvukli su Jelena i Boban, nabrojav\u0161i aktivnosti kroz koju je projekat povezivao zaposlene.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Pet novih kanala interne komunikacije<\/h2>\r\n<p>Prvo, tu je bila Umlaut radio emisija\u00a0<strong>\u201cDo\u0111i u 5 do 5\u201d<\/strong>, u kojoj je tokom karantina svakog \u010detvrtka u 5 do 5, bio online organizovani program koji se sastojao od pri\u010da iz detinjstva, zanimljivih iskustava na poslu, kvizova, igrica itd. Ova emisija je govorila o temama koje mogu interesovati zaposlene ili im pomo\u0107i da prebrode nove izazove, pa su u njoj u\u010destvovali i relevantni gosti-predava\u010di, kao vaspita\u010d, psiholog, terapeut, u\u010diteljica.<\/p>\r\n<p>Druga aktivnost bilo je video obra\u0107anje pod nazivom \u201c<strong>Jesi li video \u2013 Video?\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Kako bismo odr\u017eali vizuelni kontakt u 3D formatu jednom nedeljno je emitovan video u trajanju do 3 minuta, gde su se senior zaposleni uz dozu duhovitosti, koja se u Umlautu smatra va\u017enim delom liderstva, obra\u0107ali kolegama i delili razloge koji ih motivi\u0161u da rade u kompaniji \u2013 objasnio je Boban Pavlovi\u0107.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tre\u0107a aktivnost je bila<strong>\u00a0Sharing is caring<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 s obzirom da Umlaut, kao ni ostale kompanije, nije bio u mogu\u0107nosti da ima \u017eurke i doga\u0111aje, te smo te bud\u017eete preusmerili na poklone \u201cpo meri\u201d zaposlenih koje smo isklju\u010divo li\u010dno dostavljali.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u010cetvrto su bili<strong>\u00a0Tematski foto konkursi:<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Kako bismo nadomestili nevi\u0111anje u open space-u, hodnicima, liftu, na terasi, na pivu posle posla, odlu\u010dili smo da pozovemo zaposlene da jednom mese\u010dno, ukoliko \u017eele, po\u0161alju fotografije koje ih asociraju na odre\u0111enu temu foto konkursa. Sve pristigle fotografije bismo objavili na internom Intranetu a glasanje bi trajalo 2 nedelje. Fotografija sa najvi\u0161e lajkova bi dobijala nagradu. Cilj nam je bio da odr\u017eimo vizuelni kontakt i uputimo zaposlene jedne na druge \u2013 naveli su Jelena i Boban.<\/p>\r\n<p>Posebna pa\u017enja je kroz petu aktivnost data novozaposlenima koji su se, kao i njihovi menad\u017eeri i HR, na\u0161li u neobi\u010dnoj situaciji. Tako je osmi\u0161ljen\u00a0<strong>\u201cHello, This is me \u2013 Newbie\u201d deo onboarding programa.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 Uz sve mere predostro\u017enosti i pod maskom\u00a0<strong>trebalo je novozaposlene srda\u010dno do\u010dekati i u prvom danu im preneti \u0161iru sliku i do\u010darati kulturu koju \u017eivimo.<\/strong>\u00a0Nakon toga smo mogli da se oslanjamo samo na online komunikaciju. Kako bismo sve obavestili o novim kolegama, prvog dana smo vrlo iskreno i prijateljski razgovarali i zamolili nove kolege da nam napi\u0161u nekoliko re\u010denica o sebi i po\u0161alju svoju fotografiju a to bismo na kraju svakog meseca slali u okviru Newslettera uz sve ostale vesti, preporuke i savete. Odr\u017eavali smo online komunikaciju redovno, uveli povratne informacije od strane novozaposlenih ka nama na svakih par nedelja. Zamolili bismo ih da u paru sa bilo kojim novim kolegom snime video u trajanju od par minuta i na na\u010din koji njima odgovara predstave sebe. Cilj nam je bio da kolege podsetimo na novozaposlene, da po\u0161aljemo poruku da rastemo i da smo stabilni i da ih pozovemo da se me\u0111usobnobolje upoznaju kroz \u2013 Online Coffee Corner \u2013 objasnili su Jelena Jevri\u0107 i Boban Pavlovi\u0107.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>U\u010dinkovitost projekta<\/strong>\u00a0su pratili brojem lajkova na Intranetu, brojem pristiglih fotografija na foto-konkursu, kao I brojem pregleda videa, statistika aktivnosti kroz MS Teams grupu, komentara na postovima, u\u010desnika u online emisijama.<\/p>\r\n<p>Jelena i Boban zaklju\u010duju da nije uvek sve bilo merljivo kroz klju\u010dne indikatore u\u010dinka, ali podaci koje prate kroz on-line aktivnosti, formalno i neformalno istra\u017eivanje pulsa zaposlenih i ukupno zadovoljstvo poslom,<strong>\u00a0govore u prilog uspeha<\/strong>\u00a0njihovog projekta kulturnih arhitekata.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Me\u0111u pet najuspe\u0161nijih HR pri\u010da predstavljenih na\u00a0ovogodi\u0161njoj konferenciji HR Experience, stru\u010dni \u017eiri je izabrao i pri\u010du \u201eCultural Architects\u201c kompanije Umlaut koju su predstavili Jelena Jevri\u0107 i Boban Pavlovi\u0107.
